It is a judgemental comment. This is a place of acceptance for all FAs whatever their specific kink.
Some people just want to be fat as quickly as possible. For others it is about a mutual appreciation of food and over-indulgence.
Some get off on others noticing their gain, maybe just a stare or even comments, from there a quick step to humiliation. So not just a caring "have you gained weight, is all ok?" But a "what the fuck have you been eating to get so fuckin Fat?!"
