Achy back advice

I’ve been actively gaining And the last few days I have noticed my lower back being really achy.
What exercises do people recommend?

Yoga stretches. No pressure on your joints and it really helps back pain, works for me.

Achy back advice

One woman here mentioned having that every time she gained some, and said that for her doing some full squats each day helped her get past it.

For me I do some simple back exercises regularly which seem to help (do a web search for 'McGill big three back exercises and you'll find them). I usually only do one or two of the three each day, because I'm lazy, but it does seem to help (and I notice more back pain if I start slacking off on doing them)

I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who made a reply cos this thread is exactly what I needed.ive gained more weight recently and my back and hips have been bothering me CONSTANTLY. yall are mvps smiley

I recommend a basic heat pad for an achy back due to gaining a big belly, as I possess and practice :-)
