As the U.K. lock down looms although great for weight gain, I feel people’s mental health is suffering, especially around this time of year, the last lock down was hard on me and others around, remember talk to people it’s hard for everyone now.

Stock up on some Heavy Cream and have a gaining party for a bit....make the best of it.

I know it is disastrous to think about though.

This lockdown I'm still going to work as normal, the only difference to normal life is that I can't visit my parents.
