There's nothing like coming home to the smell of fried chicken and greens and baked macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes and cornbread

I love home cooking. A fried pork chop, some mustard greens, and some kind of potato might just be my favorite meal.

Cooking is my absolute favorite thing to do for someone. Nothing could even try to come close to it.

I don't like to cook, I like to eat 😅
Spending 30 minutes cooking, and then only getting to eat for 10 minutes frustrates me no end. It's too much work for so little pleasure. Therefore I started prepping and freezing meals once a week, and only cook pasta and rice etc on demand. Not only does it make daily life easier, but it vastly improves my daily 'time spent cooking' to 'time spent eating' ratio.
