It’s a lot of work. It can be done, but it’s not easy, quick or reversible

Not being able to move. To pee on yourself often. To need your bowels manually moved everyday by your caregiver and feeder. When your immobile, none of that is reversible

I care for those needs and more EVERY DAY. It’s a lot of work. It’s not simple or easy to keep the blood pressure and blood sugar of an immobile person in good limits to help control diabetes, and preventing pressure sores through expensive equipment and lots of experience.

And getting a truly fat person to the hospital for medical care has a whole book of issues for the feedee

This is something I have desired for a while now, and I believe it is something I want to make a reality. The idea to be truly so fat unable to care for myself is something I want for myself even with the cons.
