I used to average 5000, since covid it has dropped to 2000. This week I’ve been less than 500 per day.

10 years ago it was probably about 10k, but now it's 2k in my best days 😅. When I don't work, probably just 500.

Did u ask to work from home since covid?😁😁

1000/2000 steps.. i'm quite lazy

This is why my gains are glacial in speed! My job is 8,000 to 18,000 steps a day depending on what happens that day.

I'm tracking it since autumn of 2020. Aim for 10k each day, even in bad weather. If it's a busy shift, it's usually 20-25k, regular day about 15k. Once I had 32k after going for a walk/stroll that got a little longer than expected.
I don't drive so I walk everywhere, it's quite normal in here.
