looking back at my first weigh-in of 2021... wow, i gained about 60 lbs! that is more than i thought!

I have gained 63 pounds! 😊

I didn't gain that much last year. But I have gained four pounds so far this year.

Well, I've was bouncing between 230 and 250 all year. Don't really know for sure how much because I didn't really weigh myself that often.
