Tips on boost

Start slow!! I got a little over excited when starting HC then again with Boost VHC. The fact is both are mostly fat so think how you would drink oil. I would go so far as to say drink half and twice a day and see how you feel. Add as a calorie kick to a smoothie to hide the flavor maybe will also help your gut.
Work your way up to the 7-9 you want to guzzle in a sitting slowly! They aren’t going anywhere.
