Skyrim would be number one, with the world from the Dishonored series a close second (so long as I could be one of those with the Outsider's Mark!).

I would have to say Skyrim and Fallout are my top picks

I always liked the nature of Kalimdor. Other than that some cyberpunk setting, Shadowrun would be a blast.
Although I like Fallout, probably wouldn't want to live there.
