As im not a gainer, more a FA. Im curoius to know how you manage to eat past being full to gain more or increase the capacity you can eat? How do you get past the pain / discomfort?
Edit ive seen some eat until extreme pain or vomiting. Is this just by choice as they have a goal in sight or can there be a fine line between full and way too full resulting vomit or excessive pain?
