I would like to be at least 190 nut hoping for 200

I definitely wanna at least get to the the 200 club, maybe even 225. I’m 155 right now

200 is my real mark here. It's going to be slow-going. But I'm almost 170 now. I really gain in 5lb increments and they can be hard to get, but once they're there, they're there.

Want to get to 300.

Not an aim, but I can expect to be 300lbs or more if I gain as much as I did in 2022.

It’s scary and exciting that I might be the same.

I hope I can gain 22 kilos and finally reach 100 kilos (220 pounds)

Hoping to get to at least 180 my bmi will finally at least be in ‘overweight’ range hopefully more.
