I think my most unhinged fantasy would revolve around consensual non-consent. More specifically, role-reversal of the rather traditional male/female role set, where the woman I was with would fit into the traditionally male stereotypes, while I would fit into the traditionally female stereotypes. And I'm not talking the negative or derogatory stereotypes, I'm thinking more along the lines of physicality, personality, hobbies, interests, etc.
