I was wondering, for anyone who started smaller and got fat, how big did you have to get before you noticed that your belly protruded out, even when you were lying on you back?
I’m trying to understand what you mean by protruding like how fat was I when my belly started hanging even when laying down or? 200? Def by 250 I’d say it happened as soon as I got belly fat, it just got more noticeable as I got bigger
