That's a great plan! You should see excellent results. And keep in mind, you can exceed that easily by adding plenty of condiments. I get an extra thousand calories or more a day with mayo, butter, dips, and salad dressing! Might work for you too.

Could be fun. Some advice:

- Please consume fiber and stay hydrated. When you eat a lot of food, it has to go somewhere. If you don't give your body the means to process everything smoothly, you are going to be constipated, in pain, and probably won't want to eat anything the next day. Ironically, a poorly planned binge can end with no weight gained or even weight lost.

- Work up to eating this many calories. The average person eats about 2 - 2.5k calories a day. Most gainers and feedees on here claim to eat 3 - 4k calories a day. If you go all in without training your body to handle this, you will make yourself sick.

Looks very doable, depending on how long you want to do this, adding in more whole foods, the Problem is that they fill you up !
So just as an example:

Breakfast
Banana shake (1250)
Whole grain bread with avodcado and a poshed egg with some olive oil (1250)

Snacks:
100g of trail mix (500)
Orange juice Lage glas (250)

Lunch
2 cheeseburger with fries and a milckshake oder latte (3000)

Snackes
2 chohclete Bars (1000)
Icream (1000)
Fruit smoothie (500)

Caesar Salat with chicken (1000)
Meat with baked veggies (1000)
Fruit salat with some Jogurtsanf nuts (500)

~10000

So even when you skipe the cheeses burger you end up at above 7000 calaoires.
Ganing so not a Sprint, oil and cream are easy adetives.
If you have some Italien bread dip it in olive oil. If you are making a capuchino just put 50 ml cream and 150 milk instead of 200 milk.
Have shakes, you can basically go for a heƶathy diet that comes in at 3000 calories than just add 2 1000 calorie shakes !
Plus stuffing were you go over board like once or twice a week and you will be 50 pounds heavier spurns Christmas
