I'm almost back to my highest weight (244) after losing roughly 25 lbs. I know I'm gonna blow past it. I can't believe how fat I've gotten (am getting). I was only 170 just a few years ago... I never thought 300 lbs would be within reach

I’ve done the same thing. Eat a little this; eat a little that. Before you know it you’re fat. The more you eat; the fatter you’ll be.
