My house is poorly insulated so I can relate. Even when outside I admittedly don't have good quality warm clothes. Some of my garments are falling apart. I really need to update my wardrobe.
Someday I will invest in warmer good quality clothing. The Uniqlo Heattech leggings I ordered is a good start.
