Eating fast

My wife eats really fast and I was happy when I read that eating fast typically leads to over eating and weight gain.

Not sure if that is completely true or not but it made me smile thinking of that with her.

I am not sure the source, it was a long time ago.

She is well aware that I like her fatter although probably not even close to how Fat I would love her!

My fiancee goes on my case about eating my food fast. I just can't help it. It's like my mind turns off when I eat. I do get indigestion from it but the idea of mindless eating is really erotic. Does anybody else have this issue.

I have a friend who teaches middle school. Lunch periods are 40 minutes. That time includes lining the students up to walk to the lunchroom, standing beside her class in the lunch line, and waiting at her designated spot for them to line back up when finished. As a result, teachers end up wolfing down food quickly. She realized, as she unintentionally gained about 20 pounds (unwanted, in her case), she was eating everything quickly and would often be overly full before her brain and stomach connected to realize it. One of her weight loss strategies was to slow down and eat mindfully.

I don't want to lose weight, but when I did decide to more or less maintain, I started doing the same thing. As a stuffer, I'm accustomed to putting away a whole large pizza in 15 minutes. I've had to step back and learn to taste my food instead of packing it in as fast as possible. Granted, I still eat a lot. My maintenance calories at my size are about 4,500 a day. But eating more slowly has helped me cut back to that, from 10,000 to 20,000 as my norm.

I said that all to say, what you've read is definitely true. Take it from a long time power stuffer

Eating fast

My wife eats so fast it's shocking to me.
Literally she'll take a dish, I'll turn my head away to do something, and all the food has vanished. Where did it go?

I mean, I know exactly where it went considering bae has to spread her thunder thighs far apart just to let her giant gut just hang out and rest down on the couch. But still it's impressive.

And she knows she's a huge fat glutton and doesn't want to stop gaining weight, and knows I want to make her as obese as possible- even to the point of true immobility.

I've just always been a fast and enthusiastic eater. Trying to eat slower but it's hard to change.

I have always been fast at eating, but I would say it has not really been a problem or issue for me. Though I must admit that sometimes it might have caused some minor belly ache.

Can confirm eating fast makes you gain weight because it takes time for the body to know it is full. That and if you are eating fast you typically aren't drinking much. Whereas slow eating usually involves drinking in some capacity with the meal.

Eating fast

I feel like eating fast has contributed to my overeating over the years, even when I haven’t been trying to gain. I also realize that I will generally eat everything on my plate unless it’s just something I don’t like. Understanding this psychology and manipulating it, has really helped me to become the piggy that I am.

How were you able to come to this psychology and manipulate it?

When I’m trying to gain, I eat as fast as possible and try to fill my plate or whatever I am eating off. Sometimes I eat out of serving or mixing bowls. Sometimes I eat off serving platters instead of regular plates. I eat ice cream out of the container and often finish in one sitting, two at most.

I also like to switch between sweet and savory when snacking. By the time I get tired of one, I crave the other.

This all helps me eat more.

Eating fast

I tend to wolf down the first helping of whatever I am eating and start to slow down a little bit as I continue to eat. I have noticed that I am often really greedy in the beginning (not hungry most of the time because I tend to eat long before I get physically hungry) and very intent on just cramming as much food in as possible. I get excited over foods I like and generally want to eat as much as possible.
