Hey! Last year and 30 pounds lighter I tried Mass gainer. Helped a lot with fat and muscle gains. The thing is, I’m already a bit chubby, I’m 6feet tall 200 pounds, around 26% body fat I guess and I’d like to get mass gainer again, it’s a really easy way to pack and I don’t eat that much so it really helps me. The thing is, dunno if at this point that I’m chubby it may be dangerous for all the sugar. I do lift weights but don’t do cardio
