I don't think you could afford to buy your country anyway.

Streching- capacity

I'm doing this capacity-stretching right now, mostly by doing something like OMAD or Intermittent Fasting and putting most of the meals I would have into a limited period of the day. Generally it involves eating as much as possible, but never getting to the point of nausea (especially since I usually have to exercise later on).
I'm hoping by increasing my capacity it will lead to a bigger appetite and me being able to enjoy eating more, since right now it just feels like a chore.

I mean, that's one way to do it, yes. And there is nothing wrong with your way. But, maybe if you spice things up a little, it be more fun.

Since you are capacity training with food, it's best to make the eating experience something to look forward to. Maybe a specific kind of food you enjoy, or explore foods you've never had.

You could also make a game of it. Put on a movie or show and see how much you can eat while you are watching. Touch yourself while you eat. Get more food than you can eat, and challenge yourself to see how close you can get to finishing your food.

Make it fun, and you can stick to it better.

Eating until I am uncomfortably full each time I eat is how I stretched out my stomach. I’ve never felt like I’ve reached my limit but 2 large hand tossed pizzas gets me pretty close.

I recently did a food challenge with a friend and I did most of the work I ate more than half of a table sized pizza

That's impressive!

Wouldn't be shocked if you hit 500 lbs by next year.

It was only 40 or so pounds last I checked smiley and the way I’ve been gorging myself lately I wouldn’t be surprised if I wasn’t over in the next few weeks haha

You ever think you'd ever be this size? And is there any size where you'd pump the breaks or are you going to keep this train going?

I never ever thought I’d be this big I think when I crossed 400 I probably knew but when I was just starting out I didn’t think I would last very long but here I am just about 200lbs bigger. I don’t see myself curtailing my appetite, save for something medical I don’t think I’m going to stop

I had to think about this since its been a while since I really enjoyed a meal. Now I realised it's probably because I really enjoy mostly Asian cuisine and live in a small town where most of the local cuisine is pub food. Now I'm really craving some Korean BBQ & spicy Szechuan food, though I'll probably have to dedicate a day to it since it's a 2hr trip to the nearest big city.
