You eat more than you move and you keep your body temperature cool. Take lots of baths spoil yourself. You'll get hungrier to the point you can't really tolerate less and you'll become more food motivated over time. I speak from experience

I would build up to that because most people cannot do that. Plus, you need to give your digestive system a break. Hard to have an appetite when you are severely constipated.

Yes, make sure you eat all the time. Literally, just push yourself to eat more and more. Eat large meals every two hours, in between you need to snack all the time, a lot of peanuts and nuts, for example. After a while it becomes a routine and you will blow up in no time.
