It is only on here? How much time did you waited for the upload, minutes? Hours?

well to be fair 200mb is too big of a file

I've seen multiple videos on here in excess of 10mins so my 2-3 minute videos should not be to big.

the duration of the video, has nothing to do with the file size... it could be 10 or 30 minutes, then you optimize it, to be 50 MB or less, that way you can upload it easily, and will play smooth... ofcourse you have to preview the video to be sure that the quality isn't compromised.
The best evidence is that you have uploaded videos before, so my big guess is the file size, try to look for tutorials on how to optimize the videos.
