Same, my biggest turn on is seeing my body when it’s clear I’ve grown fatter. My favourite part is my belly hang, and seeing how much deeper the crease of my belly fold is, and how thick and weighty my overhanging belly apron has grown 🫠

Now that I’m a proper fatty I also get to enjoy simply marvelling at the sheer size of myself… I especially appreciate a seated side-on view that showcases how much of my lap has been lost to my gut, and how much closer my belly is getting to reaching my knees… 😙👌

I’m starting to grow a fat roll on my biceps - it might be because my arms were never spectacularly chunky but seeing this happen *does things to me*

Fattening pink drink

Thanks for sharing your pink drink recommendation! Definitely will have a go - it sounds like adding cream to the coconut instead of subbing it in would taste delish too!

Stoner creations

I once got high and made spanikopitas but couldn’t get filo so I subbed it for wonton wrappers… once it baked I cut squares and wrapped them again and fan fried them until crispy. Cut those into triangles and dipped in marinara and HOLY FRICK were they good!

I named them Spanikopiolies 😂 10/10 do recommend

Best simple gainer shake

If you can handle the lactose, just mix heavy/double cream with any mixer that’s compatible with dairy.

My lazy shake go-to is 300ml double cream with 200ml good chocolate milk or Innocent smoothie. One or two of those a day really helps me pack on the pounds!

Not every day can be an all out production so I fully encourage this approach - especially if you enjoy feeling fatter more than the process of getting fatter.

Calories in one sitting

If you eat way more than that at once, your body doesn’t throw it away, it just spreads digestion out over several hours. That’s why a huge meal feels heavy and can take all day to fully process. In the end, unless you hit the extreme of making yourself sick, most of those calories are still getting stored, often as fat


This sounds right based on my experiences too… and I have a lot of experience eating a ridonkulous amount of calories in a single sitting 😂

Hiya, me again. I’ve relied on heavy cream and gainer shakes for the last 10 years as I’ve gained over 150lbs., and recently I’ve been reminded how much I’ve learned about this very topic (after spending a week a week incorporating various amounts of heavy/double cream into my daily diet for the first time in a long time).

I’m older so I’ve been keeping my blood sugar, therefore the GIs of my ingredients. What this has reminded me of is that if you can make a liquid you enjoy drinking, you can drink it and get fat with a fuckton of cream.

I’ve been making almond butter smoothies with agave and milk - add 600ml double cream for 4 days over a week (or more/faster) and I can all but guarantee you’ll wake up feeling puffy all over.

You don’t have to have a ton all in one go, but I do suspect punching your body with a brick load of calories is part of why this works. I find 300ml+mixer drinks are easy to get down, whereas 600ml+ tend to be more of a challenge.

Start small and work your way up to what feels right, and do it as often as you can for a couple weeks. Make sure to eat enough nutrients from other food as well!

Highest calorie mixers are brownie/cake mixes and nut butters. The easiest ones are store bought fruit smoothies (Innocent, atm), melted ice cream and flavoured milk.

I think it’s obvious that if you’re drinking heavy cream you’re doing it because you need to be fatter NOW. For this goal, heavy cream is the only true answer I know. I hope this info helps you enjoy the results as much as i have!

Too fat to get herself off

Did you manage to achieve this?? I can still reach my clit if I tuck my arm under my side boob and belly apron, although I have to prop my belly hang up to actually my hand/fingers… and my arm gets tired faster than I can fiddle myself into O-town 🤣

So, in that sense, I suppose I have grown too fat to get myself off 😅
