Thank you! It’s taken a lot of hard work to get this big again but my god has it been worth it.

As ever it's amazing to read about your gain - you write about it really well. Can you give us an idea of what you started doing differently to get past your plateau?

Sadly, not really. I sought the same advice from a fatter friend who reminded me that there’s really no secret; you just have to eat your way through it, and take a step back from trying if the lack of progress starts getting too sad.

It aosi helps to remember that the more time I spend at a plateau - aka, a future set point weight - the less likely it is that my body will allow my weight to get below this size in the future. There’s value in the time some temporary gains need to settle into permanent pounds too 😉

Great answers to my questions - and pretty damn hot how you explained it also.

And congrats to you almost at your highest ever.

Always happy to spread the gospel of KallieTell 🙌😂 There are several other weight gain audio creators on YouTube as well - I suggest visiting her channel and follow the recommendations from there to explore.

Food addiction through hypnosis

Voluptuouslover:
Very interesting. Can anyone describe if they noticed a lot of increased vigor in appetite, weight gained or fat gained from listening to these. Also, any other info. with this that they realized after listening to these hypnosis recordings?

In the last year I’ve gained 23lbs - if I hadn’t had her weight gain audios to listen to, I’d have stalled out at just 12.

Now I wouldn’t credit them with working in the way you imagine hypnosis does for something like phobias or quitting smoking. Instead think ‘guided meditation’ that puts my mind back into my body by reminding me how enormously fat I’ve become, or hot much fatter I’m going to get.

They help keep me on track as well. I have ADHD and genuinely forget to think about sex; especially when I’m busy - and for me sex and fat are the same thing - so listening to her content made sliding into my own hungry feedee space so much easier.

Critically, she kept my spirits up through a big plateau, which stopped me from becoming so despondent that I gave up on gaining more. Because of her (and support from an USSBBW friend), I was motivated to gorge myself out of a set weight I’d been trapped in for months. Now I’m just 5lbs. away from being the fattest I’ve ever been 🙌

The end result of listening to her read some of the hottest content I’ve ever heard was immediate and direct - she makes me want to eat whether I’m hungry or not, which tbh makes me hungry anyway (lol), so I've eaten more food more frequently and now I’m twice as much fatter for it!

10/10 highly recommend

Women don't like seeing naked bhm

[Fat Little Hog:
I think unfortunately a lot of people get on this site when they're horny, message as many people as they can. Then when someone responds (women or man) they turn the conversation into their fantasy slowly imposing it on the other person. Then if you decline wanting to participate they get mad because they didn't get what they want.

This is exactly the reason I rage quit my account years ago. I deleted what had been a rather impressive documentation of my early gains because I was so turned off by messages and chats from dudes who were clearly only typing with one hand (if you know what I mean) that I didn’t want to participate in our community anymore.

Nowadays I focus my participation mainly on IRL meet-ups in my area, and am in a relationship with an FA with feeder tendencies. I highly recommend this approach if other fatties by choice are meeting up where you live!

Group exercise classes while over 300lbs...

XFat:
Update: My first class was the other day and it went well! I ended up taking extra breaks and not doing any floor moves, but I did well and it was so fun to be out doing an activity with my friends! Afterwards we went out for Thai food and I had 2 cocktails, satay chicken skewers, pad thai, half of my fiance's yellow curry, and some passionfruit cheesecake!

So balance? Lol! Thanks guys 💕

Ahhh what a FANTASTIC update to see!! I’m so glad you felt comfortable going at a pace that was right for you - you should be proud of yourself! 👏👏👏

At what weight does a bbw/bhm become a ssbbw/ssbhm

I feel like I’ve been teetering on the edge between bbw and ssbbw for years as my weight has wavered between 315-350lbs. (5’6”). Here are some things I’ve noticed…

315lbs. - size 26/28(UK). I can walk and stand for longer periods. I even did a whole museum and while I recall wanting to sit a number of times, I still survived with only minimal to moderate sweating. I’m too big for most off-brand plus size clothes on Amazon and I’ve outgrown most mainstream brand plus sizes too, but specialty plus size stores always carry my size. I usually need a seatbelt extender on an airplane, but not for cars. Appreance-wise, I have a double chin but my neck still exists.

345lbs.+ - size 28/30(UK). Standing without leaning becomes very difficult, not immediately, but within 5-10min (I think/am guessing). I’ve had to noticeably alter the way I walk because my previous gait was far too strenuous on all fronts (and I get angry when I’m hot and sweaty 😂) - by widening my stance to accommodate my thighs, and I shift my weight to move my hips and legs forward instead of one leg sliding past the other; I can feel my belly smooshing into my thighs with every step, and most of the time when standing (which drives me utterly wild). Most specialty plus size stores carry my size, but not for all items, (and some carry very few). I can’t drive without a seatbelt extender, and in Ubers I am often unable to buckle up full stop. My neck is rarely visible under my now permanent double chin and burgeoning the third neck roll.

Also, at lower weights I’m aware of furniture and exam chairs with weight limits, but I don’t mention them and get away with it. Now it feels obvious that I’m putting my GP, dentist, and aesthetician’s professional seating equipment at risk every time I use it.

For me, it’s the walking first and then how I fit into public spaces that define the difference between the two levels of fat. Like others have said, it’s the every day impacts the weight has on someone - what exact weight that is will be a little different for everyone.

I usually assume that 1” height difference = 10lbs. weight difference, if that helps answer your question 🙂

Argh! do my fellow fat guys/girls relate?

Fatgirlbelly:
Especially when it’s all about how much better I must have been 50lbs more knowing for my health, I can’t go there again - that’s upsetting for me in particular.

This is so important. It’s hard enough to deal with deciding how to move forward when a feedee is confronted by their weight getting in the way of their health, and to have what I’d refer to as fuckboys chatting at you like their fantasy is more important than your reality is disappointing, of putting and unkind.

I know you can’t know someone is going to be like this until it happens, but this post alone gives you all the justification I’d hope you need to block their butts as soon as they make you feel anything other than supported and plenty fat enough - which you are!

Seriously, send them this thread. Folks, if you’ve been sent this thread, this is your sign to stop being a crappy human.
