Group exercise classes while over 300lbs...

I can’t help much with the classes part but if you want to go for it you totally should! You’re allowed to be slower and have less stamina when you’re noticeably much fatter than everyone else - lean into that comfort.

As far as Shein, I know some garments list their actual dimensions in the details. I have friends between 400-530lbs who have found some good stuff that fits well, it just requires that extra amount of searching.

Top 3 things about extreme obesity that turn you on

1. Now my belly hangs so low it’s starting to permanently rest against my thighs, and the way my thigh fat and belly fat softly smoosh together when I’m walking is literally intoxicating (almost enough to make me enjoy walking! …but not quite 🤣).

2. The sheer size of me! My belly feels like a vast expanse now that I can’t reach the bottom of my hang without bending over. I literally have to squeeze myself into airplane loos (and most public ones too). I can’t buckle my car seatbelt without an extender and the steering wheel cuts into my belly even with the based pushed as far back as it goes. I love being having to consider spaces because I’m so big now.

3. My belly! It’s fucking glorious and gives me so much pleasure. It pushes by boobs upwards towards my new triple chin and is starting to spread across my thighs when I sit AND when I’m flat on my back. I’m so wobbly and round and I love how it properly sticks out… is there anything better than having a belly so big it enters rooms before you do? Don’t be silly, of course there isn’t!

How big is your belly ?

Stages of getting fat (body types)

I’d say I started off between a 4-5, and had spent most of my life thus far as a 5.

I’ve hovered between 6-7 (don’t 🤣) for the last 10 years, minus a year in 2020 and 2025-now as I’ve grown fat enough to undoubtedly be a 7.

Good job, me!

I want to ask people who were thin before and decided to gain weight

Viktoshka:
I want to ask people who were thin before and decided to gain weight. After you gained weight, do you regret doing it? If you don't, then share your experience of gaining weight. How did you do it?

LilRascl:

If you decide to try it out make sure you’re frequently checking in with yourself as you try new things, including experiencing life in a bigger body. Be prepared to set boundaries and say no to people you may chat with or meet too - follow your gut and you’ll find your way to the path that’s right for you!

TubSlug:
Checking in with yourself often is what I tell people who are thinking about this too. ❤️

You have the wisdom of a well fattened feedee for sure!

Love your writings btw!!

Viktoshka:

SumoSized:
I used to be really skinny 4 years ago, I was around 125. I knew I was upset with my body and wanted to be bigger so I started with muscle. I put on around 60 lbs of muscle and decided that still wasn't doing it for me. For a while I wasn't intentionally gaining weight but I wasn't trying to lose it either. Then around mid last year I decided to fully commit and start gaining weight proper (both muscle and fat) and I've never been happier with my body and certainly have no regrets.

Viktoshka:
It's great that you've found what makes you happy! Sounds like a path to true comfort in your body. Have you achieved the shape you were aiming for, or do you have new goals?

SumoSized:
Not yet, I'm hoping to at least get to 300 lbs maybe more. I'm just taking things step by step. I don't want to commit to gaining a certain amount of weight only to be unsatisfied with it.

Viktoshka:
It's a smart approach to enjoy the process and see how you feel at each stage. 300+ lbs sounds like an impressive goal! How are you finding the process of gaining weight? Are you enjoying the food and the changes in your body?

I know your question wasn’t directed towards me, but I had to jump in to say that the process of growing from 185 to 300lbs. was incredible… there are so many new feelings and sensations and experiences to discover and explore the first time you intentionally get fatter than you’ve ever been before. That’s stayed true every time I’ve gained beyond my previous highest weight too. I know I’m nearing the maximum size I want to be (I’ve never fancied being over 400lbs.), and if I had to sum up what the entire process has been like, it’s been nothing short of orgasmic self actualisation.

10/10 would recommend to anyone who thinks they’d be a bit sad if they went their entire lives without ever experiencing getting fat on purpose.

I wasn’t skinny but I was an average size with a fairly athletic build when I decided to gain weight. I’ve gained about 160lbs since then, nearly double my “before” size. I can honestly say I’ve never regretted it.

I chalk this up to 2 things mainly -

1) my fetish for gaining weight is intrinsic to my sexuality (proper “fatsexual” feedee here!). Denying myself the experience of gaining IRL was always an option, but I was right when I suspected I’d lead a less happy life if I chose the fantasy-only path.

2) I only gained when and how it felt right for me. I avoided getting into a feedist relationship at first because I felt I was at risk for letting an infatuation cloud my internal voice.

I won’t lie and say that I don’t experience inconveniences or discomforts because of the weight I’ve gained, but I go get to go through those moments with the absolute assurance that it’s worth it and I continue to choose to live life with those struggles because it’s still 100% a price worth paying for getting to live in such a big soft body.

If you decide to try it out make sure you’re frequently checking in with yourself as you try new things, including experiencing life in a bigger body. Be prepared to set boundaries and say no to people you may chat with or meet too - follow your gut and you’ll find your way to the path that’s right for you!

100+ pound gain appreciation thread

I started intentionally gaining late 2013 at 185lbs. and by Aug. 2020 I hit my highest at 350lbs.

I’m currently 342 and am “back on that gain train” (lol Jack) desperately trying to get as big as I possibly can - as a number-goals driven gainer, this untethered mindset is a first for me!

But I digress… 342-185 = ann overall gain to date is 157lbs. Now that’s some sexy math!

Like others have said, I too am absolutely thrilled with my decision to live the life I’d fantasised about before I even knew what fantasising was.

I’m curious, did others in the 100+ club start out wanting to get as big as you’ve grown? I couldn’t imagine I’d ever feel the need to get past 265lbs and LOL was I wrong about that! I had to get past 300 to get the belly hang I’d set out to grow 🤣 at that point I’d discovered that life doesn’t suddenly go to poo just because you’re a socially unacceptable level of fat, so why deny myself the experience of becoming really, ridiculously obese?

It’s a special feeling to look at myself and be able to see a what the world sees - a woman so fat it’s misshapen her into a waddling pile of blubber - and to feel how sexually and socially rewarding it is getting to live in this body.

10/10 would recommend gaining 100+ lbs.👍

Turned on by yourself

Pleaseaccept4:
I certainly do, especially when I see new changes. Imagining the future comes into it too.

Same, my biggest turn on is seeing my body when it’s clear I’ve grown fatter. My favourite part is my belly hang, and seeing how much deeper the crease of my belly fold is, and how thick and weighty my overhanging belly apron has grown 🫠

Now that I’m a proper fatty I also get to enjoy simply marvelling at the sheer size of myself… I especially appreciate a seated side-on view that showcases how much of my lap has been lost to my gut, and how much closer my belly is getting to reaching my knees… 😙👌

I’m starting to grow a fat roll on my biceps - it might be because my arms were never spectacularly chunky but seeing this happen *does things to me*

It’s kind of weird that I’m my own best source of pornographic content, but it’s no weirder than the rest of me so hey ho!
