I'm surprised that no one else has mentioned this, but dramamine. I have found that it is effective from helping me not be nauseous if I take one right when the first tinge of fullness starts, and it is without the drowsiness of antihistamines.
I haven't used dramamine for ages, but it certainly caused drowsiness.
