Though I dont eat 4 times a day every day. Some times its only 2 , even 1.. Just dont feel like eating some days, but if im only eating one I get the 350p calories needed

Kinda yea.. I gained rather quickly 12% of body weight in 2 months. So I went from almost 6 pack abs to bulging belly. I feel noticed just in clothes

Carbs and protein and couple shots of olive oil a day. Aim for body weight in grams of protein and double or tripple in carbs.
Weights heavy compound lifts. Presses, rows, deadlift, squat. Separate days. But really like 10 sets of 5 reps. Start lighter than easy like something you could do 25 reps with, increase the weight until set 10 only gets 3 reps. Next week hopefully you get 5, the following increase weight to failure again.

I know everybody is different, and as I change each pair I try or had liked even sized up doesnt fit well anymore. Anyone have recommendations. And no commando isn't one id like to life with. Dont like it , zippers can be dangerous.
