Need help/recommendations on gaining

Gogogainer:
if you have any other advice/recommendtions that will help please tell.

I've had tremendous success with Boost VHC (530 calories in 8 ounces) and Benecalorie (330 calories in 1.5 ounces). Mixing one of each will give you 860 calories in an easily chuggable volume. This is by far the most effective method I've found since I started gaining 10 years ago.

How much could i realistically and healthily gain?

This is a very personal question that will ultimately depend on how you define “healthy.” Unfortunately, the current body of evidence suggests that it’s unfeasible to become obese without significant risk to your health. You’ve probably heard of the “health at every size” movement, which in my experience is especially prevalent in the feederism community, but it’s not based in reality.

To provide just one example, there was a large study published in JACC back in 2017 that found that even among obese patients who are “metabolically healthy” (i.e. no hypertension, dyslipidemia, or diabetes), the risks of developing coronary artery disease, cerebrovascular disease, and heart failure were increased by 49%, 7%, and 96%, respectively, relative to control patients who were “metabolically healthy” but had a normal BMI. All three of these risk increases were statistically significant despite adjustment for confounding variables.

At the end of the day, I think what’s most important is that we do what makes us happy. In my case, I’ve purposefully gained 166 pounds over the past 10 years, and I’m trying to gain at least a little more, even though I’m already well into the territory of morbid obesity. I understand that indulging in feederism is likely going to shorten my lifespan by several years, but the desire to be fat is such a huge part of who I am (both sexually and otherwise) and the improvement in my self-image that comes along with having a massive belly is so profound that I genuinely believe that the tradeoff is worth it. In other words, while I’d give anything to not have this fetish, I acknowledge that it’s never going to happen, and I’d rather die in my late 60s having lived the life I wanted than live into my 70s without the fulfillment I feel from gaining weight.

So what I’m saying is that all you can really do is ensure that you’re educated regarding the risks and then just ask yourself how important gaining is to you as an individual. There’s no right or wrong answer here because it’s going to be different for everyone. That being said, I do think it’s important to recognize the fact that as much as we may try to mitigate it, obesity in and of itself will always pose at least some risk to our health (despite what certain corners of the Internet will try to tell you).

Tube feeding

I'm a physician and want to emphasize to you how dangerous this would be. Even after insertion by a trained professional, the placement of an NG tube has to be confirmed (via X-ray and/or pH testing of the aspirate) prior to using the tube to deliver enteral nutrition. Skipping this step can lead to life-threatening complications if the tube inadvertently entered the trachea. I understand why it's fun to fantasize about using this as a method of gaining weight, but it's completely unsafe to even consider actually trying it, not to mention the fact that NG tubes tend to be uncomfortable and patients generally want them removed as soon as possible.

Game meat/wild animals

My entire extended family is from Louisiana, and my uncles love to hunt, so I've been around game meat since I was a child. Venison, rabbit, and squirrel were the most common, all of which are delicious. I moved to Pennsylvania in 2010 and never really got into hunting myself, so most of the meat I eat nowadays comes from either the grocery store or the Internet, but I still eat a lot of venison and rabbit because they're relatively easy to find commercially. Squirrel on the other hand is impossible to find; I've been searching for years to no avail. I miss it so much haha.

Anyway, I'd highly recommend those as a place to start. Alligator and turtle are fantastic as well, though I'm not sure if they meet the technical definition of "game."

Finally friday

I go into work tomorrow (Saturday) at 7:30 PM for a 12-hour shift and then again on Sunday at 7:30 PM for another 12-hour shift. I'd love to work M-F 9-5, haha.

Gaining with high blood pressure

I have hypertension and am on three medications for it. If you aren't willing to stop gaining (which I understand because I wasn't either), then you may just have to take medication for it.

Girl scout cookies

Sometimes I feel like I'm the only feedee in the world who doesn't have a sweet tooth, lol. I can't remember the last time I ate chocolate, cookies, brownies, cake, donuts, pancakes, waffles, ice cream, pie, etc. Even when I cook (which is very often because it's one of my favorite hobbies), I literally never use sugar. I'm just not particularly fond of sweetness for whatever reason.

That being said, I do love fresh fruit, and I also really like candy (has to be sour though; stuff like Swedish Fish is too sweet). But overall I definitely tend to gravitate toward savory foods. And I eat way too much salt, haha. Pickles, olives, country ham, anchovies straight from the can...yum.

Burried penis...

I've definitely experienced this. I gained from 150 to 315 (on purpose), and even though my BMI is "only" 42.7, my penis is now barely visible when flaccid and still mostly buried even when erect (unless you push the fat out of the way), due to a combination of my fat distribution and having a small penis to begin with (five inches). To be honest, I'm self-conscious about it because I know it would be a turn-off for most women (unless I'm lucky enough to finally meet a feeder/mutual gainer/fat admirer), but I guess it comes with the territory of being morbidly obese.

Most amount of weight gained in the shortest amount of time?

Back during the first COVID lockdown, I was actively trying to gain as much as possible (stuffed myself with a minimum of 6,000 calories every single day), and I managed to put on 23 pounds in just 30 days. It was a really hot experience that I'll always remember fondly.

Funny experience at popeyes today.

I picked it up in person. DoorDash and Uber Eats are really expensive once you factor in all the fees and the tip.
