Keep in mind just by virtue of being bigger it requires more energy to exert our bodies so it’s just gonna come with the territory of being bigger. Probably won’t be running a marathon or anything like that. I’ve been pushing myself to go on walks and not letting myself stop and rest until I’m done walking and so far I’ve just noticed I’m not getting as winded I might be getting some stamina back but at the very least I’m not losing more stamina.
Ceepert:
Not planning to do any sprints, I just would like ot not need a 5 minute break after walking 100m at a slow pace

Yeah just gotta sweat it out maybe go for like a mile or two walk but no stopping it’s low intentsity so it’s not like you’ll hurt yourself
Thats my whole problem, even a few hundred meters already get me completly exhausted. I think the last time I did exercices was in middle school. So like 10 years ago. And my question was if an under the desk bike pedal thing is a good place to start.

So I just had a revelation yesterday that a short 200m walk to the trainstation now exhausts me to the degree that I need a 10 minute break just to take my breath.
Now this doesnt suprise me with me weighing just at over 350 lbs, but it is also extremly hindering as I still live alone and just have to do stuff sometimes.
Whats the best way to regain some of my stamina for someone my size? Not looking to loose weight, just that I can walk a bit longer before starting to sweat like its raining.
I was thinking about one of those under the table bike pedals? As I am sitting at my desk alot anyway it would not be such an out of the way thing for me to do to use it.
But before ordering I wanted to ask here what people can recommend.
Things like the gym are out of the question. a) looks
too far away, it would just discourage me to even get there

So McDonalds recently started delivering in my area and I was wondering what food they offer has the most amount of calories per €
In an european context of course as we have stricter food restrictions than in the US when it comes to ingredients

I have recently discovered dipping cheese sticks into herb cheese. So tasty, easy to eat and in total has like 1000 calories. I snack on a pack almost every other day

I don’t understand how it all works but you can raise your triglycerides all sorts of ways and it’s not particularly healthy I mean stress lack of sleep etc can raise them. It’s why sometimes stressed out people gain weight especially if they are a stress eater. I get it maximize the gains or whatever but your better off just eating a balanced diet while adding extra calories where you can if your not a foodie.

You're correct in that it is best to eat a balanced-yet high calorie diet. However, when used in moderation, heavy cream isn't harmful.
That's the key word. Moderation.
There's a sizeable chunk of feedists that want to be as fat as possible as fast as possible.
This is bad. This kind of thinking ends up doing more harm than good - especially since it increases the risk of you needing to lose the weight later for health reasons.
That said, if you consume heavy cream in moderation, the triglyceride spike is negligible. Besides, the triglycerides aren't what triggers the gains so much as when your body breaks them down. I go over it in more detail in the forum link I posted.
Ceepert:
What amount is "in moderation" cant really search this online as "normal" sources are not in scales for feederism.
I recently started drinking it again and drink around 300-500ml in one chug every other day. Is that way too much or still in the "reasonable" area? I know health risks are always involved with this sort of stuff, though I would still like to not overdo it
Munchies:
There are no guidelines on that. My suggestion is don't consume so much that you get sick - whatever that looks like for you.
Ceepert:
Im mean that makes sense, but normaly I get heart burn very fast when drinking it. Like 300ml at a one of is already enough to get it the next morning, which is why I take 1 Ox Bile before I drink heavy cream to help with fat digestion, so not sure how that counts
Munchies:
Do you feel bad outside of the heart burn? Are you monitoring your levels to make sure you aren't messing up your internals?
No, it usually just was the heart burn. Before I took a pill to treat the heart burn, but that got too anoying so I switched to something to take before hand.
How do you mean monitoring my levels? you mean with some device?
