Shower chair, just chairs in general in most places you frequent, grab bars in the bathroom bedroom ext, fewer larger pieces of furniture that are easy to get in and out of. Store things at chest height so you dont have to reach up or bend down, definitely a good shoe horn, a sock assister is a big help, also a good bidet in your main washroom
Yesss to all of these! I’ve just crossed 650lbs and it all makes such a difference. Also grabbers and back scratchers in the rooms you’ll be in most.
They also sell bigger and longer toenail clippers for those of us with big bellies and struggle with reaching our feet. That has been a big help.

I’m currently 285kg (633lbs) and my goal weight is 300kg (666 lbs)
I lost 7kg due to recent illness, but am eating hard to gain it back and then some more ☺️
I don’t want complete immobility, I still want to be able to waddle around a bit. Atm my mobility is limited to walking for like a minute or 2 and then needing to sit down and rest and breathe.
