I feel a lot more comfortable in my own skin now & no caring what other people think. Took me a long time to where I'm at. I'm sure like a lot of people, the society standards hit me when I was about 12 or 13. My doctor told me I was big for my age & I've been told that ever since. Junior high & high school hit & kids always made me out to be the fat kid, but I was never fat. I am now, but I'm to the point that I don't care what people or society says, I am perfectly fine & happy the way I am. So, I do feel somewhat safe from society standards. Also, people will judge you regardless

I have to buy name brand shirts, Carhartt to be exact. They have tall sizes as well & I'm in between a 3XLT & a 4XLT. They get expensive after a while, but not many places have the tall size outside of the actual Carhartt stores.

I expect someone could obtain a court order but until they do it's not against the law.

No, it is, in fact, a crime. In fact, it's multiple crimes at the state and federal level. Even if the picture itself isn't explicit, once you post it to and adult site for people to goon over, it becomes revenge porn
On top of that, the multiple pictures he took (he posted a link to it once ages ago, so I know) constitute stalking and harrassment. To say nothing of the potential privacy and consent laws he broke depending on jurisdiction.
All of this is on top of a civil lawsuit which he would have to pay damages.
There's a reason why Curvage shut down their Candid section and why Pornhub got gutted.
A lot of places more than likely have a wire tap law as well. Like in Pennsylvania, you can't video/audio record or take pictures without the other persons consent. Definitely a crime

Fat/chubby girls have always been what I think of when I think “pretty” rather than skinny girls. I’ve definitely noticed I’m in the minority but a lot of times I’ll come across a skinny girl and just think “yup, that is indeed a person” but I see a fat girl and I’m like “WTF!? She’s so hot!”. I never got the whole “skinny’s the beauty standard” thing? With fat girls there’s more to hug and cuddle, but that’s just me. There’s a cap for me of course, I don’t think like Tess Holiday is attractive, but someone like super taruco? Idk why that’s not considered hot, she’s so cute! With skinny girls they usually are just, yknow, people to me. Not as interesting as fat chicks. Idk, am I weird for that lol
As a guy, I agree with this. Ever since I was 12 or 13, I always thought fat/chubby women were more attractive than skinny women. That's my preference, always has & always will be. I do think part of this, for me, is that it does have to do with back in the day, not sure exactly when, but bigger, fat, chubby women were more desirable. Kinda funny how society has turned the tables on that topic, from then to now. Always fat/chubby women for me & I can appreciate fat/chubby women a lot.

Tight clothes on my wife. Certain shirts that rides up & show her belly. Shorts that show off her thick thighs. Everytime she wears a camisole, I get butterflies everytime. Seeing her belly & big arms. If we get into an argument or disagreement, if it's a minor one, she knows I can't resist her shaking her arms or belly at me. She knows I'll look every time.

Start by getting over your hang ups with social pressure. If you gain weight but are preoccupied with people judging you, you'll freak out and lose the weight,
Gotta make your peace knowing you can't control what other people think about you. But at the same time, their opinions about you don't matter. Once you get to that point, you are ready to get fat.
Couldn't agree more. People will judge you no matter what. Do what makes you happy, once you take the necessary steps to get there.
