Honestly man just do it if you're stomach gets 20% bigger that's still a huge improvement.

I have been drinking milk like crazy I can do about 2.5 liters before my stomach is full

But also fat is majestic substance I can't put it any other way it's just extremely desirable in a fetish way no other logical reason.

Also my friend groups are mostly fat fetishests to and we encourage each other.

I just have a huge appetite when am hungry it feels like my stomach acid is going to digest me from the inside it out it causes me to eat an insane amount of food am often am still hungry at night lol

Also I generally eat only healthy food it does in fact cause me to burn more calories but my appetite is so high it actually cause me to be able to eat huge amounts with out getting sick.

So basically I gain more overall with out feeling like shit.

Also generally I have to eat a low carb diet because of carbohydrate Intolerance but by eating mostly high fat food my risk of diabetes is extremely low

It's quite fascinating isn't it I have been trying to find out how to gain in a healthier way and yea here are some things I found out.

So basically if someone is entre level obese class 1 there risk of heart disease is 50% higher but if they walk quite a bit more then normal it's only 20% higher risk so 60% lower overall
