I was in a situation similar to this a couple weeks ago. I'm currently taking a concepts of physical fitness class in college (ironic I know but I like learning about how the body works) and we had a unit on body composition and for the lab we had to partner up with someone and use different tools to calculate our body fat percentage. There's an odd number of guys in my class so I ended up getting partnered with the prof and it was actually embarrassing. We started with the caliper test and I scored a 22% body fat percentage which I thought was low but we moved on. And when I got to the scale test the scale said I had a 32% body fat percentage. Apparently I have more visceral fat than the test accounts for so when she pinched around my belly button area it only got a couple mm. Also if was more embarrassing because she was saying peoples numbers out loud as she was going around helping different groups and my percentages where so much more than everyone else 😭

Honestly quitting wrestling was the reason I gained weight in the first place, I was still working out just as much as before but after I quit I could actually start eating again which at first just led to muscle gains but eventually my figure started to soften up too

If you live somewhere that has a lot of Mexican restaurants try that, just getting a few breakfast tacos are a couple hundred calories each, and if you get a full plate it's easily over 1000 calories right there

I feel this so much. The reason I started gaining in the first place was because I was so unhealthily skinny and I hated seeing my bones. Even when I was 160 lbs and muscular you could still see my ribs so I intentionally gained some extra weight just to cover them and I felt so happy. Eventually I realized I just hated feeling small and liked feeling big. Now I just want to get as big as my body will let me because it gives me the warm fuzzy feelings

I still haven't tried air inflation, but I have tried chugging a bunch of liquid which got me fairly big but my absolute favorite was doing a cake shake. It was pretty hard to get down on account of how thick it was but once it was down I felt massive all day because of how long it takes to digest

KlondikeBar:
A controversial opinion but personally I have low self esteem in my body. That said, I am a warehouse fruit packer and it's convenient to use my belly to hold down the box to keep it in place whenever packing bagged apples. I am someone who slightly leans on the belt (other workers stand straight) and depending on the box, it can be pushed away onto the conveyer if my body pushes it.
That's awesome, make your belly work for you

On this forum and similar feedism forums people always talk about the same things when it comes to their fat experiences and turn on. Like your favorite clothes not fitting right, breaking furniture, and general decreases to mobility. But what is one thing you enjoy about fat that you haven't heard people talk about?
For me I love stuckage. The feeling of being too big for something but still attempting to do it turns me on like nothing else. I've now gotten to the point where if I have groceries or something in my passenger seat it's actually easier to get out of my car and go around to the other side to get them rather than bending over the console to reach them. My belly is just in the way and it's getting exhausting trying to reach over it.

Probably when I first reached 180 lbs. For the most part the first 60 lbs of my weight gain were just muscle. But after that I started to feel puffier all around my body and I was enamored by the feeling. Only recently would I consider myself fat that turning point came around 220 lbs or so. Now my belly rests firmly in my lap while I sit and now it jiggles a bit when I walk

I'm around 230 lbs so I haven't had any crazy experiences but they are starting to pile up with every pound I gain. Walking isn't a challenge yet but it's definitely more exhausting than it was especially stairs or any sort of incline. Bending over has become a bit of a challenge. I work retail so I regularly have to restock the bottom shelves in the store but at this point bending down or kneeling has become too difficult so I have to sit down criss cross on the floor. I also just like the way my belly feels, the best way I can explain it to someone who has never experienced gaining weight is like being wrapped in a permanent weighted blanket. It's just soft and squishy and comfortable
