Call a travel agent. They can answer your questions and advise you on the best course of action. You can also phone them during your trip with any problems that arise.

I think it's quite easy to gain weight while giving fattening treats to your feedee all day...it's certainly happened to me!
But if you're not a feedee yourself you are free to diet. Of course, you should talk to your feedee about it and allay any concerns she may have.
In fact, some feedees are into contrast and prefer it if their feeders are slim.

Don't trust anyone right away. Facetime with them so you know they're real, but don't meet with them in person or send them nudes or money for a few weeks. If after that time they haven't broken any promises and you haven't caught them in any lies, you can gradually go to further steps. Whatever those may be.
