Casual Gainer:
I would check out what's available locally e.g. smaller chains/independents and sign up to delivery apps for the occasional offer.
Munchies:
Unfortunately, depending on where you live, shopping at smaller/local chains are not cheaper. Often times, bigger chain stores will charge significantly lower prices as a way to undercut the competition in small towns or rural areas.
Much of that price difference is because the bigger retailers get discounts for buying large quantities.

My partner and I decided that since he's been doing so well with his fitness journey lately, he deserved a treat today.
I got him an extra-large pizza with lots of toppings and made him eat the entire thing in one sitting. It might not be the most impressive amount, but it's still pretty respectable when you've been eating normal portions for months.
After that, he was so beautifully beached. And, of course, you have to have some vigorous belly shaking, too.
Maybe it's just me, but belly-shaking after getting really stuffed and bloated would make me hurl.

Now and then I see posts here about which antidepressants cause the most weight gain. That's great, but it ignores the primary purpose of antidepressants. Could I get a conversation going about combating depression? I don't want to be depressed. If an antidepressant causes me to gain a lot of weight, that's great, but I'd like to hear from people about what meds actually helped beat back depression.

In general you can record whatever you like and do whatever you like stuff that is seen/heard in public. BUT using what you get for harassment/stalking/titilation is in general not legal

I too need a good fat-friendly mattress. I'm a decent woodworker, so I made a very strong bed. A comfy mattress that'll allow my wife and I to sleep the whole night is needed. We just can't afford those $1000+ ones.

Birth control/estrogen pills are prescription only, aren't they?
I really doubt any medical professional worth his salt would issue such a thing to a male.
Maybe HRT, but that's difficult to obtain and would require passing an extensive psychological evaluation to determine if the patient is trans and thus eligible for it, right?
Birth control pills are now OTC.
