Thank you for the information. It would be good if we could get more reports on chat leaks as we are planning to work on it later this year.

If you can try and provide the info that has
been requested in the post that would be helpful as we know the chat leaks happen. It's just trying to establish why. So we need as much data as possible.

* Time of chat leak:

* Your time zone: (For example England is BST British Summer Time).

* Browser and version:

* Device (Mobile, Table, Desktop):
* Using Mobile Data or Wifi:

* Description of what happened immediately before, and after / what were your actions in the chat, what did you click on, were there any errors?:
For example:
* Did the chat automatically change to general before you sent the dm?
* Did you submit your dm in private chat and then chat changed to general?
* Is the dm shown in both private and general chat?
* Were you thrown into a private chat?
* Did the chat crash, freeze or have a blank screen when it happened or near to when the chat leak happened?
* Did your internet disconnect from mobile data or wifi?

You need to allow the use of your device camera and audio for the video to display on screen. Before you publish and make your stream live, the video will appear on the screen, so you can check everything is working.

If you cant see anything it sounds like you haven't enabled permission. Or you have a VPN enabled. Unfortunately the video streaming does not work with VPN tuned on.

I have checked today and I was able to see my video on 'My Stream'. So it does appear to be working our end.
