Gaining tips

Fattenussbbws:
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to drink heavy whipping cream without feeling nauseous? Also, any good suggestions with flavoring it because the taste is god awful!

If you’ve got a sensitive stomach, a little nausea might be inevitable when drinking cream. However, it helps a lot to start slow - only drink a tiny bit the first time and move up slowly each day. That’s how I’m able to handle it for at least a while despite getting easily nauseous even from normal food. Also, make sure you’ve eaten some real food first - not stuffing yourself (which can be fun before cream if you’re into it, but will definitely make you nauseous) but just giving your stomach something more solid with carbs and fiber to balance out the fat.

As for flavoring, I like to mix it with chocolate milk if I’m feeling lazy, or blend it with ice, frozen fruit, and honey to make a smoothie if I have the time. You can also make some delicious fattening hot cocoa with it. Hiding the nasty taste helps a little with the nausea too.

Keeping capacity while losing weight?

If you want to stay thinner, increasing capacity isn’t a great idea. Increased capacity is one of the big reasons people struggle to lose weight after gaining. However, if you really want to do it, competitive eaters who want to stay thin sometimes train by stuffing with plain leafy vegetables and water. Sounds pretty gross and miserable but it would stretch out your stomach without introducing a ton of calories.

Best fattening way to use remote control vibrator?

I recently got a remote control wearable vibrator and would like to use it to try to condition myself to eat more. Has anyone got experience with this? What’s the best way to do it - every time you eat (within the bounds of appropriate settings, of course), or only when eating a specific fattening food to try to form a strong connection? Or is it more effective to do it only when stuffed to your limit?

Anyone have autosexual feelings?

Pretty much exclusively. To the degree that I get turned on by other people, it’s mostly by imagining what it would be like to experience what they’re experiencing.

You’ll gain according to how many calories you eat, more or less (if your body isn’t processing them all then this doesn’t always work out). I am pretty sure the delayed gain effect just happens because drinking a lot of heavy cream in a short time can increase your capacity and appetite if you do it enough to shock your system a little but not enough to make you sick. That’s been my experience, anyway.

Psych meds

Ursula:
I drank antipsychotics and antidepressants, and I still drink. Indeed, many of them increase weight, especially neuroptics
Specifically respiridon, triftazine, olanzapine and clozapine(I live in Russia, so the trade names may be different)
You can gain up to 20 kg per month and so on

MottiF:
Holly molly! That’s sick! Why gaining weight with meds intentionally? Better eat fattening foods!

VisibleBellyOutline:
Just to clarify: I completely disapprove of using meds to gain (or lose) weight. I was merely observing that for the brief time I was prescribed Mirtazapine, I did notice some quite dramatic weight gain.

Glitter Jelly:
Yes, I'd say the top 3 medications that will make you gain weight are: Mirtazapine, Olanzapine and Depo-Provera.

Finickyfeedee:
Depo-Provera for sure makes you blow up. I was on it for its intended purpose for a while and although I had to change to a different birth control due to other side effects, I gained more weight on Depo without putting in effort than I usually do trying my hardest during gaining cycles. I wish I could get back on it again, especially because I also preferred it over my current birth control for several other reasons, but sadly it takes such a bite out of your bone density that I can’t get back on it safely and probably won’t be able to for many more years, if ever. If you ever take it, be sure to keep up with your DEXA scans to be sure your bones are OK.

Voluptuouslover:
Out of curiosity - how much weight did you gain while on it.

One of my girl friends - friends a long time ago went on it and in no time she gained a bunch of weight. When I saw and my girl friend told me why she gained so much weight I tried to get my girlfriend on it - she laughed knowing I like her fat, but she said she couldn’t take it because she was so sensitive to birth control as it was and found one that worked well for her. Her formed probably packed on 40 pounds in as little as 4-5 months is what she mentioned.

It’s been a long time so I’m not sure of the exact number, but it was 20 or 30 pounds in a little under a year, without trying. That probably sounds like a small gain to people used to feedee gain numbers, but when I started Depo, I had struggled to gain any weight for my whole life and was on the verge of actually starving to death because of how much I hated to eat (rarely getting more than 1000 calories in a day, often closer to 500), and although I didn’t keep track it didn’t FEEL like I was eating that much more than I had been before while on it.

Even after quitting Depo because of the other side effects, and even after many ED relapses, I never lost most of that weight and it’s been much easier (still tough, but not impossible anymore) to gain more weight. That can’t all be attributed to Depo, I’ve also worked hard to improve my relationship with food in the years since then and now actually DO eat a lot more than I used to, but I think it changed how my body holds onto fat. My total gain since my low point is around 50 pounds, or 58 if you want to be generous and count the weight I’ve lost recently due to being overwhelmed at work.

Someday when my health can handle it I want to go back on Depo and see what happens if I actually try my hardest to gain while on it, like with heavy cream and everything… I think the results would be nothing short of shocking.

Will gaining on heavy cream cause permanent changes for me?

Finickyfeedee:
Of course, this is anecdotal, but heavy cream is what finally made permanent changes for me after years of failing to keep any weight on. Gaining by overeating without cream never stuck, and I would lose all the weight when I stopped deliberately overeating. Over several cream cycles spanning several years, I’ve managed to go from ~90 pounds to 144. The most exciting change I’ve noticed is that as of recently, I don’t lose weight anymore. Even if I’m not trying to gain, it stays on, and sometimes even slowly creeps higher. I could probably lose weight if I decided to hold myself to a strict diet, but although I admit I’m curious about how it would go, especially since being UNABLE to lose weight despite trying is just about the hottest thing ever to me and so I would be interested to see if I would experience it, I don’t want to risk triggering a relapse of my eating disorder.

I think the best way to do it is to have a cream shake before bed, and stuff all throughout the day. Don’t overdo it, start with a very small amount of cream and work up to the maximum you can handle without being sick (how much that is is different for everyone). It always makes it hard to eat at first, but actually increases my appetite a *lot* if I can keep at it for 3 or 4 days. If you keep at it long enough, the increased appetite will last even after you stop, and in my opinion that’s what makes the weight stick. I’ll bet it’s also responsible for a lot of the delayed gain people report.

Ceepert:
Maybe its the difference between American und European heavy cream, but I drink half a liter of it a day, mixed with chocolate milk. Its around 2000 extra calories and I can drink it sooo easily. Some days I even drink a full liter.

Though I am confused how it could be "permament" if you stop the increased calorie intake weight gain should stop or sloowly revert if you are under your daily need without it.

Dont know in your case? Maybe the added weight also just changed your lifestyle? Maybe more sedentary, or more stomach capacity from stuffing?

It’s definitely increased appetite and capacity, but I never was able to get the increased appetite and capacity from gaining without cream.

Milestone!

Hey! Sorry for the long wait. I’ve got good news and bad news.

The bad news: Unfortunately, just a couple days after I was on here bragging about not getting sick this time, I got super sick. Like, more than ever before. I was throwing up for hours 😫 This time, it was my own fault, it had not occurred to me that it would be a bad idea to drink soda after having a cream shake. Don’t do that! I think it curdled in my stomach, it was awful. I couldn’t look at it for ages after that, and had to stop. I topped out at 141 on an empty stomach, and I know for sure it was empty, because that weigh-in was right after I finished barfing my guts out from my soda mistake.

The good news: Although I’m still not back on an official gaining cycle since my stomach *still* hasn’t fully settled, I have been incorporating cream in much smaller amounts, mostly in tea and coffee, and trying to eat plenty of food. I’ve been gaining much more slowly, but gaining nevertheless! As of tonight, my measurements are:

Weight: 144 lbs
Thigh: 24 inches
Hip: 40 inches
Bust: 35.5 inches
Belly: 36 inches
Waist: 30 inches

The gain came as a bit of a surprise, since I’d felt like I’d fallen off the wagon and was worried I wasn’t eating enough to even maintain. Looks like I was wrong!

Need an easy to eat calorie bomb

I mix 50/50 or 1:3 (depending on how my stomach’s feeling) heavy cream and chocolate milk. Super easy to prepare, inoffensive flavor (not as chocolatey as you might hope, but no strong cream flavor either). Even in its lowest-calorie 1:3 form, it makes a very fattening drink even in a small glass. Lately, since bigger portions have caused me stomach upset in the past, I’ve been having 1 cup chocolate milk mixed with 1/2 cup cream. It’s a tiny glass that’s easy to chug in moments and still has 600 calories. It DOES lay heavy in your stomach the first couple times you drink it, but I’ve gotten used to it quickly and even still feel hungry after drinking it sometimes.
