Idk if this works for everyone but it’s worked for me in the past. I give up on gaining for a week or two… either lose a little or maintain. Then when I start intentionally gaining again it normally works a bit better. I like to think of it as tricking the metabolism but idk the exact science behind it

A good hot shower, a stretch, and a heating pad makes you reeeeeal stretchy and minimizes cramps! It’s absolutely unreal

I have no idea why, but this is the same woman that threw my own stuff at me when I went to break things off w her. She probably thought she was gonna get back at me for leaving when we just weren’t compatible.
But yes tbh it’s pretty funny. Like of all people in my fam to find out I’m fine with it being her. She lets me pick out her smut books to read so it’s not the worst she’s ever seen I’m sure lmfao
As for thanksgiving, meh, she has a tendency to give give give with food, so she’ll at least know it’s appreciated and graciously accepted. We have game nights and she sends me home with all the leftovers. Lmao
