I am a person who has always been of normal weight. I have a strong desire for food and I would like to take the step and be a fat person, but social pressure is what holds me back. How do I take the step?
Munchies:
Start by getting over your hang ups with social pressure. If you gain weight but are preoccupied with people judging you, you'll freak out and lose the weight,
Gotta make your peace knowing you can't control what other people think about you. But at the same time, their opinions about you don't matter. Once you get to that point, you are ready to get fat.
Couldn't agree more. People will judge you no matter what. Do what makes you happy, once you take the necessary steps to get there.

I don't care, for the most part, what people think of me in public. I believe people will judge you either way, in some way or another. I always go for tables at a restaurant, instead of a booth. I do that for two reasons, one, for stomach room & two because I'm tall. I've come across a handful of booths that I struggle getting in or out of because of my height over my stomach. As for the pool, I still wear a shirt, usually a muscle shirt. Two things with that, I haven't got the confidence yet to go shirtless, yet. The other, I got really bad sunburn when I was a teenager. So I think I can't give up going shirtless just yet. I hope to one day be able to.

I agree, a lot of the songs that are turning 10 or whatever, is really hard to believe at times. I use to work security for concerts, so I like a wide range of music. From George Jones to Thomas Rhett, to Areosmith to Jellyroll & just about everything in between.

I would be in shock & surprised. That would put me way past my limit & i would eventually lose weight, after I enjoyed it for a little. That would put me at 557lbs.

Having to buy t-shirts in a 3XLT size & not being able to fit into any other brand shirts, other than Carhartt. Yet some people keep buying me shirts other than Carhartt & they never fit. Seems like I get the reminder every year.

I've noticed with the weight I'm at & actually for the last few years, I can only buy shirts in one particular brand. Can't buy them at other places like Walmart. Walmart's biggest size is a 3XL but it's a tight 3XL. So I resort to Carhartt & they have big & tall sizes which are very helpful.

I have people fooled when I tell the my weight, because of my height. I'm 6'2 & 357

Life is too short to worry about what other people think. So why not indulge is some amazing food along the way.

I can relate. I had a handful of this the last time I had a profile on here. Same thing, my profile states that I'm happily married. I'm mainly here for like minded people & friends/conversations. Those people, when I get those messages, i ignore, but it does get frustrating with just genuinely looking for conversations or input.
