Can't do heavy cream myself. Gives me funny reaction. Instead I used a sort of half-fake cream called Elmlea that is made in the UK. My max a day is 275mm. That is 800 calories. It is the only thing that doesn't cause medical problems and is calorie dense.
Real cream = trouble
Plant cream = migraines

Nuffin detailed. Just some dreams about constantly eating loads of fattening foods while getting turned on infront of a mirror watching my body get bigger. For some reason in a recent dream, however, my belly was thinner than it has actually got in real life.
I believe this is because I've been so used to having no belly all my skinny years.

Heard about some guy doing this in South Korea - got obese to avoid conscription. He was somehow found out and got arrested and punished.

I have no problem revealing some of mine in public when it pokes out of my top.
This was earlier today, a "candid" shot of me in a store, people were legit looking at my belly funny. If they knew I used to be a literal skeleton lmao.

I'll describe how it feels to me.
Sleeping: Less comfortable surprisingly. Can't sleep on front now because of the fat belly.
Overall feeling of body: I like the softness. Areas like my hips were super bony and hurt like hell if I banged the area. Now its soft and I can stick half a finger into it.
Energy: I have more energy now than when I was underweight and am fitter. I don't feel heavier at all.
Other things I notice: Thighs rubbing, feels annoying. Also, my balls get crushed between my thighs in bed sometimes when lying on my side so I must adjust them.
Clothes: Some clothes don't go completely over my belly now so it sticks out in public. Also I have outgrown some smaller pants.

Since I'm technically "overweight" now I'll respond. Answer: Because of this fetish. That's literally it.
If not for that, I'd still be a bony beanpole weighing about 130lbs and like a walking skeleton. Just how my body was/is. I am not a particularly good eater, and not predisposed to weight gain in any way.

Think I can top anyone on being super skinny to start with. I weighed 126lbs at 6'4" tall back in 2006 aged 19.
I only started gaining properly in 2012. I got to 150lbs then, and thought that was big.
I gave up loads and didn't try again til 2015. Got up to 175lbs that time. Got up to 176lbs in 2017. Then in 2019 reached 180lbs.
In 2023 I got to 211lbs - "overweight" for the first time.
In early 2024 got to 226lbs, my heaviest ever. Now I am a bit less than that.
Basically it took many years of repeat attempts, with some weight training at times, to gain weight. I counted calories to make sure I got more than 4000 a day. I was not good at eating that much every day really until a couple of years ago. Now it is more easy to eat that much.
The difference in my body is crazy, I posted a before and after pic, take a look and see how I looked at my near thinnest compared to yesterday. My shoulders and collarbones are still bony but my belly has become a fat round blob spreading out everywhere. Hot as fuck.
Edited to add: I have celiac disease and also MANY food sensitivities which makes it soooooo much harder to gain. If I eat the wrong things, I'll get severe neuralgia and/or migraines. No thanks.

My belly has got so round now that some of my tops don't conceal it any more. I have a grey top that reveals about 2-3" of belly now. In a store earlier, I let the thing hang out, the round mound of blubber on show, and a woman nearby was staring at it for a bit lol.

About high 20's right now. My ideal goal is 30. I have a body that's not really conducive to weight gain so 30 is the limit.
