Impatient or wrong?

It may be a level of impatience. Just pumping a lot of food in doesn't mean you're able to actually fully digest and process all of it.

Could have to do with gut health, muscle and bone mass, and what specifically you are eating. If its all empty macronutrient and very little micronutrient, then you're getting materials but not enough of the other things that facilitate the internal chemistries. Not that one needs to eat enough brussel sprouts to OD on vitamin A, but more... there is more that goes into this than increasing calories.

Hope that helps?

Coping with societal perceptions

To put it simply, it is a question of bodily autonomy. Being fat doesn't hurt others, so I don't think we should acknowledge the people who call all forms of feeding and fat fetishism immoral. They just aren't engaging with reality.

Most feedees and gainers are well aware the consequences of more extreme practices of the space. So the purpose of pointing it all out is clearly shame. And Kita doesn't need that in her life, personally.

Does starting skinny make gaining harder?

So, this is actually a complicated question.

Two people who eat the same amount, we'll say 2,500 calories a day to insure no malnutrition, have a similar muscle mass to bone mass ratio, and are both similar in hormone palette, then yes. The skinnier of the two will likely struggle to gain weight compared to the bigger one.

This is mostly due to having more fat cells = easier to get fatter. But having all these things be lined up would be absolutely unheard of, so it is better to think of "harder" or "easier" as relative to the amount of effort a person puts into the task.

The unfortunate truth is that analysing one's gaining is a very math and monitoring-heavy process. So if you aren't able to just constantly stuff yourself it may be difficult to figure out what specifically plateaus someone.

Many people start skinny, though, ans get rather large.

Havent been able to gain anything for 2 years

Seconding hydration. Think of it like coolant. If your body isn't operating at the right "temperature" then it won't run as efficiently for gaining. Too much, and you're not filling yourself with calories, not enough, and you "overheat," with systems in your body being more or less active dependent on how hydrated you are.

Your gut biome also has a lot to do with things like digestion. So if you *don't* eat anything probiotic and drink alcohol, your gut biome degrades and makes it harder to gain.

If you disagree and think you can eat healthy and get fat then perhaps that's what you've been doing.[/quote]

Depending on how big someone wants to get, and their primary sources of calories, we do think it is possible for someone to get fat while "eating healthy." Some people just also take to the gain better than others, and it makes it less possible for some than others.

Carbs is a good suggestion, but it also can't just be empty carbs being added. Potatoes come with a lot of micronutrients, so baked and mashed potatoes *rock* for gaining. A lot of people swear by pasta, but truth be told, pasta doesn't get you there without butter, cream, or meat. That said, maximising your portions of these carbs when available is a primo idea for those who struggle with plateaus.

One last bit of advice, it goes understated, and it will feel like it slows you down, but trying to chew your food more can help!

Fart, that kinda sucks I might be stuck here forever then

Maybe the heavy cream pudding can help. Sometimes its just about overcoming a barrier. But yeah, every lb past 325 is coming a lot slower for us.

You mentioned you find heavy cream nasty. Drinking it straight isn't for everyone, nor is it very effective for gaining. Instead, mixing it with something that has more substance can help it digest.

Personally, heavy cream, 1 pint, and one box of instant pudding, usually vanilla or banana cream flavour. If you're used to stuffings, then this will definitely help. We calculated this out to almost 2,000 calories per batch, and use this to pad calories in tight times.

You can mix this without a blender, and its better than most gain shake ideas we have had. You can add nuts, for even more, but that requires a blender and doesn't taste great with vanilla. Other than that, our diets sound pretty similar... Kita will note more micronutrients, so eating things like veggies and mushrooms, is actually *really* important to gaining.

Macronutrients are the materials, but micronutrients are the catalysts. So you might have overcorrected into eating too many macronutrients.

Physical activity can make a difference, but not usually through burning the calories. It is through endorphin and neurochemistry stuff; or, if your job has you doing things like lifting, squatting, etc, then muscle mass competes with your fat for these resources. Not having a physical job did a lot for our gains once the muscle mass reduced.

Lastly, hormones are a big factor. Some people can only get so big, and sometimes you'll plateau for a good while before your hormones shift and you break that barrier.

Death/dark feederism chat

Beachside Farmer:
Death feedism definitely can be a fun fantasy but a serious reality. Only part take when both sides know the risks vs rewards, and are fully planned out.

Kita seconds this. This is why it has taken her so long to truly accept what she wants for herself.

Line beetween gluttony and food addiction

It'll change based on the person. Some people are more susceptible to addiction. Also, it depends on what they pursue. It'll be pretty difficult to convince Kita its a "food addiction" when she actively pursues immobility for its own sake, has wanted to for almost 2 decades, and is just eating for the size she wants to be, for instance.
