Things that have helped me.

Thaddeus:

I heard of Apetamin and looked at testimonials for it and want to try it.

Go to your nearest Boots or Superdrug and ask them to get Periactin for you. It's the same stuff; cyprohetidine. You have to get it from a pharmacist, but it's not prescription-only. If they ask, tell them you get vascular headaches (Migraine) and it's the only thing that works for you.

Or if you're not comfortable ordering it in person, Weldricks sell it online, but at a vastly inflated price.

Anti hestimine

wannabefatty:
I do not know if it slows down your metabolism,

It doesn't. It does make you very drowsy for the first few days though.

Antihistamines don't cause weight gain. Some first generation antihistamines also have anticholinergic and antiserotonergic effects and (it is thought) that these mechanisms cause appetite stimulation. Sadly there have not been many clinical trials (there have been some) but there is a substantial body (NPI) of anecdotal evidence that Cyproheptidine in particular will cause you to eat like a massive ***.

Fat conversion?

"The study, by Fredrik Karpe and Keith Frayne, found the first fat from any meal enters the blood around an hour after being ingested.

By the time three or four hours has passed, they found, most of it had been incorporated into the adipose tissue, much of which lies in the short-term fat stores in the waist."

Olive oil. how much?

Also, with regard to cholesterol, the most recent science seems to support the view that arterial plaques are a result of inflammation, not cholesterol / high fat diets.

Olive oil. how much?

I can say for sure that this old medical "wisdom" has been thoroughly debunked. Dairy products(saturated fat) have been shown to make you gain subcutaneous fat and lose visceral fat while soybean oil(unsaturated fat) makes you gain visceral fat(sciencedaily.com/releases/2015/07/150722144640.htm). Here are some studies(a few are articles discussing studies) showing dairy is beneficial to your health and also not detrimental: ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4543447/, sciencedaily.com/releases/2015/04/150402081804.htm, ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/26511614, ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/25476191, healthcorrelator.blogspot.com/2010/05/cheese-consumption-visceral-fat-and.html, and suppversity.blogspot.com/2012/01/coke-vs-diet-coke-vs-milk-unhealthy.html.
The ideas that all saturated fat is bad for you and all unsaturated fat is good is extremely wrong. Some saturated fats are good for you while others are bad. Same goes for unsaturated fat too. In general though, saturated fats from dairy are healthier for you than saturated fats from

Gaining with heavy cream should be fine health-wise. Not entirely sure if it would affect cholesterol though. I know cheese doesn't really affect it negatively, not sure about cream. You could try keeping an eye on it though just in case.
I strongly advise against eating bacon to gain though...

[quote]stuffmybelly:
By the way does olive oil cause visceral fat or subcutaneous fat because i want subcutaneous fat there are 2 main reasons. I like jiggily fat as opppsed to "hard" fat (visceral fat) ,and i dont want to die for my fetish so i would much rather the much healther subcutaneous fat, if so then tell me of not tell me a food that causes subcutaneous fat. Thx 😀

becomingoverweight:
According to this(sciencedaily.com/releases/2013/03/130329125110.htm) study, oleic acid(the main fatty acid in olive oil), can help you lose visceral fat. Based off of that, I'd say overeating olive oil would make you gain subcutaneous fat. Can't say for sure though unfortunately.

I love this post. Proper references and everything.

The trick with olive oil is to avoid overwhelming the digestive system. Frequent small quantities (20ml max, 162 calories) mixed in sharp fruit juice (50ml, shake just before drinking) are palatable.

Heavy cream works so well that it should be in the regime of anyone who wants to gain fat. A simple mix of 200ml cream, 200ml milk and some nesquik powder makes a delicious drink providing 1000 calories and, as countless casual observations of FF members attest, seems to possess magical properties beyond those calories alone.
