I never bothered with it before because I prefer to remain relatively anonymous online, but now people are messaging me and it would be rude to ignore them, and I cannot reply without an icon, so I plan to upload a flat color image or something as an icon. The problem is that I do not know how to upload an icon. I use the site on mobile. Could someone please tell me how to upload an icon?

I am now up 9 pounds - a pound for every day I have been drinking cream and stuffing. I still feel like some of that has to be water weight, it’s just too much. If I were allowing myself full control over my gain, I would probably stop here and wait a few days to see if my weight stabilizes at all, but I still have cream left and I have to gain until it’s gone! If I keep going at my current pace, I will blow past my previous highest weight very soon.
I leave for my vacation in a week, and I need to finish my cream before then. I have just finished my third quart, so I have two left as long as I do not miss any goals - I would end up having to really chug it to consume it all in time for my trip if I miss any more goals and have to buy more.
While I am on vacation, I plan to continue stuffing but not with cream, and I won’t have access to a scale. I can’t resist weighing myself all the time when a scale is available, so I can’t wait to spend a little time away and hopefully see a dramatic increase when I get back. I am definitely hoping for a delayed gain from the cream.

I will need to buy some chocolate milk. I've been mixing it with regular milk and protein powder. I'm trying to gain another 15lbs in the next few weeks.
Have you noticed your gain go anywhere in particular? For me it's been the lower belly and back.
Here's hoping the cream just snowballs my gain. I'm definitely going to try drinking it throughout the day.
For me, it’s been all over, but most dramatically in my lower belly and butt.

My favorite thing about it is that I can feel my thighs and stomach jiggle when I walk now. It is hard for me to believe how jiggly I have gotten when my weight is still so low - 5’6 and 131 pounds. No one who saw me fully dressed would even consider me chubby, much less fat, but I can feel my fat every time I move and I definitely look pudgy when in tight or revealing clothes. I used to be below 100 pounds a few years ago, and 122 just a little over a week ago, so it is a dramatic difference for me.
The shape of my face has changed since I was very skinny, too. It is much less angular. I’m pretty neutral on that - it looked fine before and looks fine now, but it is not exciting for me the same way gains i can grab and shake are.

Mix it with chocolate milk and then it is as easy to drink as plain chocolate milk.
Make sure you stuff yourself with things other than cream, too, partly to make the gain faster and partly to avoid stomach upset. This gets easier as time goes on, I find the cream massively boosts my appetite. Junk food is OK, and basically necessary for really impressive calorie numbers, but be sure you are ALSO getting all the nutrients you need like protein and minerals on top of that.
I find that a chocolate bar or two is a great snack to pair with the cream because it is not very filling, gives a few extra calories, spikes your insulin, and removes the creamy aftertaste. Breakfast pastries are also good for this.
Try to drink it multiple times throughout the day. I have started doing 1/2 cup of cream with breakfast and 1 cup before bed, and I might increase the frequency soon.
If you start having a really terrible time in the bathroom, decrease your cream intake and work back up slowly. You build a tolerance to it but if it is making you sick you aren’t processing it properly.
Cream really is serious. I am up 9 pounds in as many days, I keep expecting the gains to slow down and level off but they don’t. I fully expect to double that gain by the time I finish my cream cycle, and if so that would put me above my previous highest weight - so I am both scared and excited for any delayed effects I might get on top of that.

Get into cooking or baking! Stuffing is more fun when you have made something really delicious that you can’t get every day. Plus, most recipes are meant to serve groups of people, so you end up with plenty to stuff yourself with. The other advantage is that since you are making the food, you can choose and/or make changes to the recipe to ensure it is as fattening as possible.

I want to reach a point where I can no longer fit in my smallest old jeans - not just that they’re too small, but that I cannot pull them past my fat thighs without ripping them. I have gone up a few sizes already over the years (from US size 00 to 6, although the smallest pants I still have are size 2) but I am still able to squeeze into the small pair of pants with a bit of effort.

Has anyone else here ever used weight gain hypnosis files, either as a gaining tool or just as a fantasy?
I find it helps with motivation and is very hot even though it does not have the kind of dramatic effects for me that most people would probably hope for.
Link your favorites, if you have any! This is probably the best one I have found outside of YouTube:

I almost always lose weight in between periods of intentional gaining, not on purpose (I wish I could keep it on), just because my natural eating habits are really bad - like, “any doctor who knows my medical history will prescribe me any appetite stimulant I want, no questions asked” level bad. If I’m not actively counting calories to make sure I eat enough, I often only get around 600 to 800 calories in a day.
It’s never *easy* for me to gain, but I have definitely noticed that after a period of especially serious weight loss, the pounds come back faster when I put in the effort to gain. Recently I lost about 4 pounds in just a week and a half due to an illness that almost completely prevented me from eating, and I launched into my current gaining cycle as soon as I felt better. So far, in just a little over a week, I’m up 7 pounds. It is the only silver lining to losing weight - weight gain is much more exciting when it’s fast enough to feel the difference within days.

I love this idea. It’s creative and it’s a win-win just like you pointed out. It makes me want to see this turn into a competition between fatties or aspiring fatties 😈 What was that span of time in which you put on those 6 pounds?
Thank you! It has been a week now. I suspect some of it is water weight because it seems excessive for the amount of food and cream I have been consuming, but at least a good chunk of it is definitely fat because my pants are tighter and I feel more jiggly. I am still pretty skinny so every little bit is noticeable.
