Hello, everyone. Newbie here. First, it's great there is a body positive community out there like this to support people in their journey!

I've been slim for most of my life, except in my teens when I was powerlifting and eating so much I got 'chunky.' In my late 30's now and I'm slim at ~175-180 lbs, though can tell there's some extra fat on me than before.

I don't know what's happened, but I suddenly feel excited and turned on by this fetish. I've been into femdom humiliation since I was 18, so I suspect a part of it is feeling even more inferior around slim, fit, hot women, which would include my wife.

Gaining while on insulin

Type 2 diabetic and I don’t really eat sweets anymore because the sugar spikes are never worth it. “I get some sugar spikes” was pretty literal because SOMETIMES I hit the carbs a little too hard and I try to avoid that as well. I’ve been a diabetic for 5 years and have no real complications from it.


All the more reason not to do the thing. When you aren't taking your insulin like you should, it's easy to go from no complications to emergency room.

You made yourself sound like a person who just eats to live, instead of a person who lives to eat. Your 168lbs isn't even fat yet to enjoy it. Where is your loving the fattening that comes with trying new ways to fatten up?
Maybe you could send me some recipes you find either delicious or for just getting in those extra calories at the end of the day without needing much time to prepare.. That would be nice of you, and a better way to respond.

It's a fairly common sentiment. The feeder to feedee pipeline is real. And it often starts when the feeder has no one to feed, so they end up feeding themselves. If it goes on long enough, they go into feel feedee mode.

Don't get me wrong. There are scores of impressively bad feeders out there. I've run into several myself. But I think part of your problem is your profile.

Gaining while on insulin

If you value your ability to continue breathing, do not do this. Ever. You will end up getting sick and possibly losing weight through limb loss, dehydration due to frequent urination, or muscular atrophy.

If you want to gain while on insulin, you first need to make sure you are stable first. Once that's squared away, there are healthy ways you can gain, like eating more high-fat fish, nuts, or avocados. These are less likely to cause blood sugar instability than say donuts and ice cream.

Not as much as you might think for the purpose of this situation. Have you ever encountered a diabetic - type 1 or 2 - that started rationing their insulin? It gets bad. It gets even worse if they aren't mindful of their intake.

If they are on insulin, their blood sugar levels run high. Hypoglycemia can cause a host of short and long-term complications. Some of these complications can lead to hospitalization and irreversible damage to the body. Doing that just to gain weight is impressively idiotic - especially when there are safer ways to achieve this.

Well, I guess I'll keep posting updates here. First of all because I know there are some people who are coming back to read and are still interested in this story. But alsk because I wrote here almost the entire story of his gaining and I'm sure I will enjoy reading it in the fluture.

For now I just wanted to say we started to go jogging "together"...meaning that he comes with me to the running track and watches me while I'm jogging. He keeps telling me that he'll start running too, but it didn't happened. Either he had a knee pain or a back pain or...no excuse, just didn't do it.

What I got out of Reubins drink, is to blend olive oil with something sweet like OJ. Because fat and sugar makes you fat. As does chocolate bars, ice cream, syrup, cookies, cakes. Even soups having real chicken or duck broth with noodles, rice, or potatoes. (Samurai diet).
Ask anyone who grew up on a ffarm eating wwholesome foods.
Alot of stuff is watered down in store bought items.. He did not say to drink an oil like olive oil only. And 50ml is only about 3 tablespoons to drink with a cup of juice. I agree it is gross if not blended.


Like homemade ice cream is dairy fat and sugar. Although guar gum used ruins most brands.

So many foods are nothing more than a fat blended with sugar. As far as gaining weight goes, it is not healthy to have a high ratio of fat to carbs all day . But to wash down a meal with with just the right amount that feels good is quite satisfying. Too much of a good thing is always bad. It is important to know. And maybe Reubin said something somewhere that would lead people to think of drinking just olive oil. But that is not what I read. And fat alone may help Alaskans get fat, that is not usually my choice, unless it taste good . It just is much satisfying at the beginning and end of a day to chase down I meal with a light drink (Sweet OJ and a dap of olive pomace oil) that is actually loaded with calories. Even if just coffee, cream, and sugar. The typical morning chaser.
