I've gained almost 100 lbs in a relatively short amount of time. A bit over a year with some breaks in between. While I do eat more in general, my main way of gaining has been heavy cream. 1quart has 3500 calories. Which is basically 1lb of body fat if you digest it all and reach your, at least, 2000-2500 calorie daily need.
But, I've found gaining is much more a marathon rather than a sprint. Slow and steady wins the race. Just like losing weight you need to change your diet, habits, and lifestyle. Anyone can white knuckle it for a couple weeks. Stuff themselves silly and gain a few lbs. But for higher gains that stick around it takes time and patience. And money as Munchies said. All those calories cost adds up fast. A lot of factors go into it too. Way to many to list and most we have no control over. I've found keeping a food journal with calorie counts and a slowing ramping up of calories goes a long way in seeing that you are actually eating enough to gain and how much. Along with being able to stick with it for the long term. Or at least long enough where you can gain a noticeable amount. Small breaks from time to time also seem helpful. Best of luck!
I haven’t counted a calorie to increase my consumption ever I mean it’s kinda fun to add it all up for a stuffing but I feel like just eating to the full extent of my appetite is funner imo, everyone’s a little different though and not as inclined to big a piggy with their appetite. Really good point about slow and steady, and it being a marathon rather than a sprint couldn’t agree more

Lockel:it could lead to depression symptoms and some other health effects like erectile distinction but it’s probably the fastest way to increase breast tissue imo.

Soy milk doesn't have enough isoflavone to cause any kind of hormone change. It will not raise estrogen or lower testosterone.
That being said, there are benefits to consuming soy, so feel free to indulge.
I do not recommend taking estrogen supplements outside of gender-affirming care or other medical needs. It will give you a lot more changed than moobs. Also, there is a difference between gynecomastia and having a fatty chest.
Unfortunately, unless you get plastic surgery, you can't control what your body will look like as you gain weight. Maybe you'll get moobs. Maybe you won't. Either way, just embrace your body for what it is.
All bodies are beautiful.

Hormones are nothing to mess around with unless your like consulting a doctor.

My moobs are slowly starting to develop but I want to speed up the process

You can try fenugreek supplements (or powder to add to regular meals) and if you take 2-3 pills daily, it will help the brest tissue develop. It's usually recommended to people who breast feed, because then they can produce more milk. And everybody has that kind of tissue just different amount. In like 2 months of taking those i was up almost 2 cup sizes 😅
Men do not normally develop that tissue it is caused by a hormone imbalance that usually happens before the child is born.

I couldn't image eating it just by itself. I remember having a little bit right from the fridge as a child. I thought it would be good because it always tasted good on toast or popcorn.
I felt so betrayed.
Rest in Pepperonis. Who knew something so good could taste so gross on its own.

how long did it take you to gain 200 pounds

you can’t control where body fat accumulates that is down to genetics, man boobs are usually just fat chests, and it will happen as you put on weight. There is however a condition caused by low testosterone called Gynecomastia which will have a distinct female breast look and perkiness and feel. Fat men have a bit lower testosterone than other men so it’s common for fat guys to have fat chests and gynecomastia

Okay.. then I guess go eat raw butter… idk what to tell you here man. Heavy cream and butter won’t make you magically fat, eating what and enjoying what you love consistently will. You can add cream and butter to things, but if you can’t process all that excess fat in your diet it’s just a waste… I’ve gained like 200 pounds and I’ve never eaten raw butter or drank more than like a pint of heavy cream (I did it once as like an experiment)

I put on just under 100 pounds since last august it’s pretty doable just gotta commit but also like don’t stress about it to much just enjoy your food and eat more of it! Also what munchies said is true 100% it is ridiculous how much I spend just to feed myself these days but to be fair the recession isn’t helping at all, so be prepared on that end, getting fat is not a cheap endeavor at all haha

What’s your favorite thing to eat?

I’m not a feeder/gainer, and I prefer being skinny, so for those who are, I’m curious- on an average day, what do you eat, and how much of it? Is it like the videos where you can eat a whole cake? What do you do to stay bulky?
I could probably eat a whole cake but I wouldn’t really want to unless I was just chillin that day, similar to like a super massive stuffing - it’ll incapacitate ya, at least for a lil while until you digest some.
