There's no magic way. You could try tiptoeing around the issue and see if they get really interested all of a sudden.

E.g., you say "God, I've got to stop eating so much...I'm going to get fat at this rate..."

Gf wants to gain weight fast!

It's a common fallacy that someone wishing to gain should just find the one most fattening food there is and eat that exclusively.

It doesn't work. The gainer gets sick of that one thing and eating becomes a chore.

Don't worry about finding one fattening thing. Find lots of things. Variety, variety, variety!
