Am I the only one that loves doing this?
Making a pan or a pot of something, and not bothering with getting a plate or a bowl.
Soup, oatmeal, stir-fries, mac-n-cheese,...?
Especially when I get full with an amount left that I know wouldn't be enough for a second serving, so I have to finish the whole thing.

I think I operate along some of the same lines, in that, I would rather be encouraged to stuff, or complimented on how much I ate, or how much my belly grew from empty, than on how fat I am Being stuffed turns me on about myself, other people being fat is sexy separately from that.

I've done this at art fairs and festivals. The fun part for me was to always keep moving, eating, and throwing away trash. Every time I finished something and put the wrapper in the bin, it was like I was De Niro in Godfather putting pieces of the gun down the rooftop chimneys.

I have done this a few times. Here are my tips:
1. Go at an off-peak time. Being at a buffet alone during a dinner or lunch rush makes being alone feel more strange. Going at a less busy time also lets you pick where you want to sit.
2. Bring something to read. It signals that you are going to take your time. Being on your phone doesn't send the same signal as a paperback or a newspaper. You only need to read it in between the later rounds of stuffing yourself.
3. Talk to your server when you first come in. It's not as awkward for them if they know you are trying to eat as much as you can, and sometimes they will cheer you on. I have had someone ask the kitchen to make something that wouldn't otherwise be available. Your server can also either give you more or less attention if you let them know that is what you want. I have told them to completely ignore me so they could get their side work done or have a break, and I would come let them know if I needed anything. Just remember to tip well.
4. Take a look-see lap around the whole buffet before even getting a plate, and plan out your meal. I've done:
A. All veggies, then all starches, then all protein, then sweets
B. alternating savory and sweet plates
C. Picking out everything I want to make sure I at least get a taste of and then going back for bigger portions of your three favorites

I'm shirt off at the beach and when playing basketball outside. I get fat-related trash talk on the court, but nothing sinister on the beach.
Both of these are active places for me, so my belly is usually empty there. I don't know how I'd feel about full or stuffed belly shirt off.

I think heavy cream might be a 0-100 answer in this case.
Maybe start by lifting weights.
Trying to put on muscle will increase your appetite, and if you need to eat more to fuel your muscles, it will allow you to also eat enough more to also put on a little fat. This might help if the mental side is part of your issue.

Long-time Vegetarian, though more of a stuffer than a feeder or feedee.
On the rare occasion I get a well-done spread of vegetarian options, I will eat all I can hold. Otherwise, there are a lot of times where my options are not that satisfying, and there is no better way to make up for it than with a good stuffing.

I have been thinking that it's one thing to reach a goal weight and then back fown, but something else entirely different to keep a big body running smoothly for a long time. For those who are doing it, How do you maintain your health and liveliness?

I haven't gained or lost more than 10 lbs in a few years, so I don't catch anyone noticing my fat anew, but I have had something similar where I've received a knowing glance when enjoying my fresh stuffed (or in process ) fat belly. Rarely negative.
Also have been on the other side where I saw someone enjoying their own or their partner's fat with a quick nod and thumbs-up.

People tried that on me, but there are pretty strong abs under my belly. The hard part is not getting turned on in a self defense situation.
