How long will heavy cream keep in the refrigerator? It seems to last a long time, just not sure how long?
I would say about a week but it depends on how long it has been on the shelf in the store of course. I have a mini fridge hidden away in my den, especially for the cream. so my consumption is not visible to others.

The only suggestions I woud make is to try and cut it with something, or drink a glass of water before or after, so it's not like BAM on your stomach-
And, also, go slow at first so you don't get sick.
When I started drinking a cup of coffee cup's worth of it when I had my feeder, she said "Well, at least we know you're not lactose intolerant." But please make sure you're not, by going slow.
Getting fat is fun, getting sick is the worst feeling.
But heavy cream, hands down, will put fat on you in a hurry. I did 7 pounds in a month.
I would 100% agree with this advice.

Sounds like a good plan. I'm about to start again on the cream, along with peanuts. Hope to gain 5Kg in a month with 3000 extra calories per day. 300ml cream and 300g peanuts per day. It worked before.

I'm sure the fast food would help but you need to be eating your normal diet as well. The milk and fast food needs to be on top of that.

That's great progress and I'm not surprised you are gaining quickly. I imagine you are actually using double cream since you are in the UK and this is even higher in fat and calories than than the US heavy cream. You are lucky your digestion can stand that much. I don't think mine could.

This sounds like a sensible plan and I have gained successfully that way. It is highly likely to work if you can keep it up.

I know exactly what you mean here. I have the same problem and will be getting a new desk that does not have two pedestals to allow my legs to spread.

I'm sure you will see results as long as you have a full diet as well. Give it time though as cream seems to have a delayed action. I think the amount you are talking about is sustainable. Some people try to take in too much and the consequences of that on the digestive system are usually unpleasant. I speak from experience.

I've realized I'm eating worse and I'm not exercising and I've get afraid of becoming diabetic in a future trying to become obese and Im afraid of that makes me stop.
I Have type 2 diabetes but by keeping off sweets and with only a moderate amount of carbohydrates, I can gain very effectively using peanuts and heavy cream as extras to a normal healthy diet. My blood sugar is still under control.

I used to regularly drink around 3 pints of beer before my evening meal and found that it expanded my eating capacity enormously as long as I finished the beer at least 45 mins before starting the meal to let some of the liquid pass into the blood stream and leave more room for the food. The beer expanded the stomach and relaxed me generally for the stuffing.
I actually made myself a 3 pint beer bong and drank the beer all in one go on many occasions.
