You have to build a foundation of good gaining habits such as eating before bed (when you aren't moving at all), reducing exercise, and changing up the times when you eat everyday. I would also recommend having a 1000 calorie shake before bed everynight in addition to what you're eating.

After a few months of habit building and stomach stretching you will be ready to really gain. I put close to 30 pounds 2.5 months and got these fantastic red stretchmarks along my inner thighs from my knee up to my groin.

The stretchmarks depend on where you're genetically predisposed to gaining. For me most of the weight when to my thunder thighs. The most important thing is speed. If you can pack 10+ pounds a month I guarantee that you will get marks all over you.

Need help overcoming a plateau.

I did some calculations based on your age, weight and activity level and it says you need to eat around 5622-6k to gain 1 lb a week, and around 6136 to 6500k per day to gain 2 lbs a week.

With being on your feet all day and so much walking, your total daily calorie expenditure is closer to 5k per day.


Where did you do these calculations at? Is there a website or just a formula you have?

Interesting. I've never really thought about it that way. I've always wanted more, but I'm curious now to know my enough is enough point.


AS of now Im just using 320 as a starting point, at which point I will gauge how much more I want, then go from there. I think at the end of it all I might stop around 400-450

Any other people really into the idea of a world where obesity is normalized and encouraged?

I read a story somewhere about a pill that made it so Fat was basically weightless, so the people could gain into insane numbers and not have it affect them unless they wanted too, on the same note there was something that allowed them to gain insanely without any problems of disease, which is my dream personally.

Its interesting how Fat used to be a sign of royalty, and the ability to not have to do your own work, and now people demonize it. Its annoying but, if we lived in a time back then, we would be royalty basically

Drinking 1 liter of heavey cream a day what would it to to my weight and belly

dude its effortless. just sit down, hold the funnel in one hand and slowy pour the shake or cream in. Took me about 40 seconds to down a quart, having never done cream or funnels before. Theres no secret to it, nothing special, its just like a straw and gravity does the work for you.
