Instead of setting a weight goal, when I gain with cream I usually buy a bunch of it and gain until I’m finished drinking it all (and buy more if that is not enough). Today, I thought of a fun way to gamify this and make it a more hardcore and “uncontrolled” gaining experience.
The basic concept would be the same, buying a certain amount of cream and committing to drinking it all. I think this would work best with a large amount, enough that it would take you at least a week or two to get through it all (how much this would be depends on your capacity). I also think it works best if you buy the biggest containers of cream you can. A quart is the largest I can find here.
The element that would really make this hot, though, would be introducing goals and punishments. Goals could be things like the amount of cream you must drink in a day, or the amount of calories outside of cream you have to consume in a day, or a time frame in which you have to drink all the cream you have. It doesn’t really matter. What matters is what happens if you fail to meet one of your goals: you have to buy more cream, and you aren’t allowed to stop gaining until you completely run out of cream.
If you set easily attainable goals, this would mainly just be a sexy role play that adds an extra element of urgency to your stuffing and gaining.
If you set goals that are very difficult for you, then this becomes a long-term commitment to becoming much fatter - in order to end your gaining cycle, you’d have to really buckle down and commit to increasing your capacity and changing your habits, likely resulting in long term weight gain even once you conquer the cream if it takes you long enough.
I am going to be trying this with attainable goals myself, as I am not ready for a long term commitment yet, but I am bad at meeting goals so even that could end up blowing me up more than I expect! My goal is to eat at least enough calories to maintain my weight every day and to drink at least one cup of cream on top of that every day. I had initially purchased 4 quarts of cream, and I have gotten through two of them, gaining 6 pounds so far. Yesterday, though, I missed my cream shake because I felt unwell, so I guess I will have to buy another quart!
I would love to hear if anyone else tries this, and to hear what people think of the idea.

I have never managed to do it truly long term because I am too busy, but it does get easier even in a short period of time if you do it right.
I used to have a terrible tolerance for cream, the first time I attempted to drink it, I almost gagged repeatedly while forcing it down and then threw up shortly afterwards - a real shame, as it meant the whole ordeal was for nothing.
The trick to getting your body used to cream so it becomes easier to drink is to start small and mix it with something. This should be done at the start of each gaining cycle, not just the first time you try cream. If you don't do this the cream will be miserable, in my experience.
You could start smaller or larger depending on your needs, but I usually start with a small shake made of half a cup of cream + half a cup of ice cream, and when I can comfortably drink that (usually almost immediately), I move up to a 3/4 cup of each ingredient in the shake, and then when that is comfortable to a shake with one cup cream and one cup ice cream. In my opinion you do not really need a bigger shake than that, you just need to eat plenty throughout the day before you drink it.
The goal should be to have eaten at least enough calories to maintain your weight, preferably more, even without the cream. That makes it less likely to upset your stomach and increases the amount of total calories you’re having.

The appetite increase arrived today, and it is stronger than it was the last time this happened. I was trying to decide what to make for dinner when it hit me like a ton of bricks. This time, I am actually craving cream specifically even though I do not like the taste of it, last time it was just increased appetite for food. But now I feel like the cream is the only thing dense enough to satisfy my hunger, and like I am hungry enough I will be able to eat after it too. I ended up getting an extra mug of it before dinner because there’s no way I would be able to focus on cooking while this hungry. Of course, I will still have my usual shake tonight, too - so if this becomes a habit my weight might start going up even faster than it had been.

I am currently on day 5 of a cream binge, and I had been discouraged because I wasn’t seeing results, but today I woke up feeling fatter and when I went and checked the scale discovered that I am up 5 pounds. I do not know if it is a delayed effect or if I just was not paying enough attention to notice and get on the scale until the gain was dramatic, but either way, it is very exciting! Some of it must be water weight since I have not had enough surplus calories to gain 5 pounds of fat, but I had lost a lot of weight by accident lately and so I think my metabolism is also cooperating more than it usually does when I gain.

Last time I gained with cream I had this experience, although I haven’t yet with my most recent attempt. When it happened, it was a significant increase almost to the point of being scary. However, I am not sure if it was the cream specifically or just that I was putting in serious effort to eat more overall including the cream.
For me, it went away after a couple weeks of not actively trying to gain, which was a bummer because then I lost all the weight I had gained plus a little extra because I was busy and my appetite was low. However, I think there’s a good chance that if you persisted and kept eating and having cream for a longer period of time (I only managed to sustain my gaining attempt for a couple weeks before running out of steam) you could end up with long lasting changes.

Soon I will be going on vacation for several weeks to a state where weed is legal. I am planning to use that time to stay high and stuff as much as possible: I discovered on a previous trip that it pretty much eliminates my usual difficulties with eating, and allows me to stuff myself and actually enjoy it. I will be using edibles to avoid the unpleasant smell (which kills my appetite), and because they last longer.
My one concern is that I have heard it can speed up metabolism. Should I be concerned about this? I’m hoping it would not cause an issue since after my vacation I’ll not be having any more weed until and unless I can take another vacation. My hope is that I’ll be able to stretch my stomach while stuffing over vacation and then be able to eat more even while not high, leading to long term gaining.
Has anyone had experience using weed to gain? How did it go for you? Any tips?
This is not directly relevant to the main topic but I also want to note that I have started nightly cream shakes for the week leading up to my vacation, just to get the ball rolling ahead of time. So far they have mainly just tasted bad and accomplished little else, but I am only four days in, so hopefully the weight will start coming on soon.

I want to start eating higher calorie meals, but because of my eating disorder, I am picky and can’t handle foods with a lot of complicated textures and flavors. Sadly, most simple/plain food I know of has very few calories, especially things that are actual meals and not just candy. Lookin up high calorie meals online results in tons of recipes for complex meals that would be completely impossible for me to eat, which is disheartening.
Right now the only meals I have been able to find that have relatively high calories and I can eat them are quinoa with olive oil, and fettucine alfredo. Neither has the caloric punch I want, either, they’re just higher calorie compared to things like toast or a charcuterie or plain biscuits.
Does anyone have good recipes (or know of good prepackaged meals) that have a lot of calories, but also only have one or two simple flavors and textures? They don’t have to be simple to cook, just simple in their taste and texture.

I have a lot of stress in my life but I’ve never been able to stress eat, instead I tend to end up barely eating at all when I am badly stressed (sometimes just a few hundred calories a day). When I am stressed, eating becomes agonizingly miserable and it can take me hours to eat a tiny portion of crackers when I’m in that state, and then I don’t feel like eating again for ages. Obviously this is not good for someone who wants to become fat, and it is severe enough it isn’t even safe.
I know stress eating is very common and it causes many people to gain weight, even unintentionally. If I could learn how to do it then it’d help me a lot. Is there anyway to teach yourself to stress eat or is it just a case of your natural tendencies?

Reese’s peanut butter cups are a favorite of mine. The regular type is more cost effective since they have more calories apiece, but I find that the dark chocolate Reese’s thins are much easier to eat quickly and so much less filling (so you can eat a lot of them) that if you can afford to keep tons of them around they are better for snacking.
