I like stories that combine weight gain with a high stakes plot. Some of my favorites include The Sacred Ritual on here, The Syndicate on Dimensions, and The Transformation of Midnight, also on Dimensions. Especially loved The Sacred Ritual because the feeder girl is Asian and so am I and I just felt so seen.

Gave the story a read because of this thread and I have to say: it's not unsalvageable? The misogyny is rooted in just a few lines and the tone, and it didn't need to be there to make the story work.

Comeuppance stories are common in this kink: a bratty, bitchy, or otherwise evil character becomes the victim of an enlarging transformation against their will. We love to see it. But that's the thing: the character Mrs. Mansfield is already so mean and dislikeable that the reader would have wanted to see her blimp up and suffer for it just because she's a racist landlord who abuses her working class tenants by threatening them with unlawful eviction and violating their privacy. It would still make sense to have her yell at/be mean to kids if that was portrayed as part of her just being a mean person in general, without portraying her personal aversion to motherhood as a villainizing trait. She's already a villain, you had me at "This is America, don't speak your Spanish around me" or however the line went.

As someone who's been slammed as a propagandist myself for some of my own fics (people have told me to keep my socialism out of feedist fic, etc) I get the compulsion to slide social commentary into your porno. But I think this story would be improved by not caricaturizing women for not choosing motherhood. If the author decides to rewrite, I say go for the "punish the racist capitalist who bullies the most vulnerable of us, aka children, just because she can" angle and leave the question of her bodily autonomy out of the laundry list of reasons why she deserves her punishment. That's just my constructive crit.

Visually, the memory is hazy, but I can hear everything crystal clear when I think back. I was three. My family had just moved into a new house, it was late at night and I was hungry. So I asked my mom for a bowl of cereal and she said no, because "you can't eat late at night or else you'll get fat". At the time my little 3-year-old brain couldn't quite process the feelings but I think that sense of rejection over the most basic need for sustenance hammered three fundamental truths into me:

1. This isn't love.
2. When you love someone, you feed them.
3. If they get fat, that means you're doing a good job.

Growing up, I would daydream about bringing my crushes food and them voraciously devouring it, demanding more, and getting fat. It was kinda hard navigating the world of feedism at the time because most of the stories available were about force feeding an unwilling victim and I didn't want to see myself as that person...so I would secretly write kink stories just to reread when I was in the mood that usually featured someone who was undernourished for some reason or other being nursed back to health and chubbed up by a loving caretaker who was a proxy for me. Honestly, my style hasn't changed much, writing wise. There are just supervillains involved now.

Some good-for-you foods that are also fattening:

-salmon
-nuts
-avocados
-olive oil

All of these are healthy fats that shouldn't cause bad cholesterol. Also experiment with herbs and spices in your home cooked meals as it's healthier than just plain salt. If you only eat at home don't worry about the salt but restaurants use an epic shit ton of it. If you can afford it, get yourself tested for food allergies to see what you can eat without digestive problems. Happy gaining y'all!

I have a story on here, too, Served, that deals with a feeder and feedee who are both bisexual and at one point have a threesome with a BBW switch.

Bombshell: Origins also features a polyamorous throuple with a closeted bi female feeder, ambiguously bi male feedee, and out and proud bi female switch. In Bombshell and Big Tech in the Commune of Crucifix, our intrepid feeder will actually confront and embrace her bisexuality, although that story is going to be more about superhero warfare a-la "Captain America: Civil War but with weight gain" more than anything else.

So I wrote about this in Bombshell and related stories, I posted Bombshell: Origins here in the stories section but basically I'd love to have the superpower of instantly fattening people by hundreds of pounds at a time by the simple act of concentrating on making it happen. Our girl B uses her ability to fight crime but obviously I'd use it for sexy purposes, I.e. to help a feedee achieve their wildest weight gain dreams never thought possible.

Another fun fantasy of mine: a huge feedee smothers me by laying on me while trying to initiate sex and then they...forget about me for a few minutes. Start playing a game on their phone over my shoulder or something. My efforts to move, tap out, or signal that I need air are useless, I can't reach around them because they're so big, and they're too heavy for them to notice my futile attempts to push them or move them. Head swimming, oxygen deprived, I feel my heart rate beginning to slow...

They finally remember to roll off of me just as I'm at risk of losing consciousness.

I like the Dimensions system but I think it can be added upon.

They have categories for BBW, BHM, and Both depending on whether the gainer in the story is the man or woman or its mutual gaining. However I think the system would benefit from an LGBT category.

You can also search by tags there so that would be a nice feature.

We might also want to differentiate the circumstances of weight gain into "enthusiastic," "accepting," "reluctant," or "forced," just for trigger warning purposes.

Finally I like how Dims has its Special Interest archive which is basically the speculative fiction stories. As a huge sci-fi/fantasy nerd I would love a category where the weight gain is secondary to the plot abd we're all about weird fat space rangers or whatever.

But I'll take what I can get.

Highly recommend Lady Luck by Marlow on Dimensions! It's mostly a war/adventure story but there IS a compelling romance between the gaining female protagonist and the male lead.
