Ice cream before bed sounds divine (ice cream at anytime really) but it’s just fun to eat. I don’t think you really need gainer shakes unless you’re really struggling to put down a lot of calories

Also in my experience it seems straight ffa’s are more into already fat guys as opposed to ones who are skinny or want to become fat, i could stand corrected on this but it seems to be the general consensus

There are a good chunk of FFAs who prefer a "blank slate" so to speak. A thin man that they can fatten as much as they'd like. And then there are FFAs like me that don't care about the start weight.


I think the later is a bit more common in female fat admirers than the former compared to men who are fat admirers, but there’s no data to compare the figures smiley

Anyone feel this way? Would you agree if that’s where I am? Feel like weird middle ground where haven’t fully committed to one, or in between limits but really just going with the flow.

In any case, it's just a philosophy, and philosophy exists to seek wisdom and truths about ones self. So. Lol. I'm not sure what you mean by "in nihilism nihilism can't be true." That's kinda the point of both, that and absurdism. It's not saying what is or isn't true. It's saying it doesn't matter.

Starting to get fat

For the past 3 weeks or so I've been on a month long gaining challenge and at first I'd go all out and try to pack as many calories as I could for a day or two and take a day off. My mindset has slowly changed as my capacity has increased and as I've gained 10+ pounds. Now instead of taking a break here and there, my break days consist of me still eating thousands of calories because I'm like, "what's another X-number of calories?" or, "I've already gained 10+ pounds, a few more isn't a big deal" and before I know it, I'm at 3000-4000 calories on my days where I'm not pushing as hard.


you really let you inner glutton out sounds a lot like me after I gave up trying to diet! Don’t forget to take lots of befores before you get to big!😉

Let yourself indulge in all the foods you’ve denied yourself while you were skinny and be greedy get double portions if you can stomach it. Start eating when you’re not hungry when you’re bored… remove the association of hunger to food and really just eat then eat some more smiley don’t forget to take care of yourself to, drink lots of water take some supplements try to get moderate exercise.

Tbh your the one who works out, the most exercise some of us get is incendetal

I might be active, but I know I'm not the only one in this thread who's familiar with exercise products. In fact, iirc, you used to be a bit of a gym buff as well.

I am simply the most vocal about my fitness by virtue of being the most vocal on the forums — a bit of a spider georg situation if you will.


You’re right I just can’t bring myself to recommend expensive equipment when it probably will just be used to hold laundry like what happened with mine in all my attempts to lose weight. Hince I recommended walking despite it not being physically demanding it will help you feel less out of shape. You could just walk around the apartment complex but then that would depend on where one lives
