The first time I gained I never got a hanging belly but after losing and regaining the weight my belly is much bigger than it used to be and I have a huge lower belly so yeah it hangs

So if one wants to gain you are suggesting drinking oil of some kind?

They are fantasy stories and realism isn't required.

Right you are Dr all those claims of if you eat X number of calories you will gain Y number of pounds really aren't very scientific so no you don't have it right.

I pretty much spent my day putting food in my mouth at work.
Got a call from a guy friend wanting me to go eat dinner with him.Like I needed to eat again but I went anyway.
I am so bloated right now I should lay down for a while but no I'm eating a snickers bar.

There are days where I eat constantly usually on the weekends.
Self control? I have none when it comes to food.

I do have one GF that I spend lots of time with and she has gained some.
She says my fat is rubbing off on her.

Fat goes where it wants and there is nothing you can do about it.
